They have lost 2 Pieces of Certified Mail containing legal documents in less than 30 days. How exactly is this happening ? The Manager needs to be terminated and a clean sweep of employees needs to take place. What you do is important... DO BETTER.

USPS is the worst service EVER!
MY stuff goes from Gastonia, NC 10 min away from me instead of going to Bessemer City, NC it goes to Charlotte, NC adding in 2 more day of delivery time....

Paid for overnight delivery on a Thursday and package still wasn’t delivered by Monday and it was a money order.. USPO wouldn’t even let me just cancel service to deliver my own mail.. thus me and my family had to stay in car overnight as that money order was the move in money for new house we brought

I sent a very important check to the irs worth 5 thousand dollars that I worked really hard for I’m so upset I have been trying to reach any kind of help . No one answers to me . do not deliver anything with these people they don’t care about your delivery’s ! Theives this place needs to get shut down or have a corporation number to call no wonder the reviews are awful! I WARN U DO NOT SEND ANYTHING HERE AT ALL.

I have lost the most import documents in one day! I sent it certified priority! These documents I can’t even get back without paying thousands of dollars and all everyone I’ve spoken to just tell me how sorry they are. I am devastated and I don’t know what to do. No one can help, no one cares… if there is a negative star there would be -100.

My package has gone to this facility three times and sent out for delivery to an INCORRECT non-existent address per a USPS customer service rep three times. This center is run by a bunch of clowns who have no idea how to look up an address.

Ordered something from California for my son for Christmas..it went from CA to NC in two days..then sat there until Christmas came and went at this point for over a week ..I called whoever I could..I begged can I just come get it myself as I only live 45 mins away..was just told it is being investigated and assured someone would get back with me in 2-3 days at the latest..well they lied..still no answer and my Christmas surprise ruined

Two packages sent 12/07/2023 from Idaho Falls, ID went to Boise, to N. Carolina sorting facility, to Mississippi, back to N. Carolina, back to Mississippi. They were only 3 hours away from their destinations when they were at N. Carolina sorting facility the first time they were there. Get it in gear N. Carolina.

Needs shut down. Every package that goes there never comes or takes 6 months. Wish they would stop sending my stuff there just cause it leaves Chicago go to Charlotte to come to columbus. Columbus is clearly closer to Chicago then Charlotte. Makes no sense.
