They have lost 2 Pieces of Certified Mail containing legal documents in less than 30 days. How exactly is this happening ? The Manager needs to be terminated and a clean sweep of employees needs to take place. What you do is important... DO BETTER.

MY stuff goes from Gastonia, NC 10 min away from me instead of going to Bessemer City, NC it goes to Charlotte, NC adding in 2 more day of delivery time....
