I had an outstanding experience at this place. When I entered, there was no staff available at the window for service. Initially, I didn't notice the bell, but a kind gentleman helped me locate it and ring it. Then, Mr. Nicholas Bullock assisted me with my mail, which included two return shipments. He displayed exceptional patience, attentiveness, and guided me on how to track my forwarded and returned mails. Unfortunately, I forgot my physical cards today, and despite attempting to pay with Apple Pay more than three times, we encountered difficulties. However, Mr. Bullock diligently worked to find alternative payment solutions. Fortunately, another gentleman Mr. Makwana overheard my predicament and graciously offered to pay with his card, allowing me to transfer the amount to him using my phone. Their assistance truly made my day.

This might be the worst mail service in the country. It's ridiculous how often they screw up the mail. They constantly lose my mail, most recently they lost my paycheck as well as my wife's paycheck. It's 2 weeks late and there is nobody to be held accountable.

5/9/19 I googled "nearest post office and google maps took me onto the UNC - Charlotte campus. I did not see an actual post office, just a campus buildingMail carts were in sight so I walked into the building but didn't see signage for postal service so I just went to the next nearest one (old concord road.)I recommend getting better signage. Beautiful campus though.

Nice office. The staff here isn’t that great, Ms. Tracy (the Supervisor) is amazing. I had an issue here with my money orders that I wasn’t told were not Postal Money Orders. (There’s a difference). I talked to Ms. Tracy about it and she took care of it for me, and even held my package for weeks after I was supposed to pick it up. It wasn’t a big package, just some info. I needed regarding my money orders, but she still held it, two-three weeks after I was supposed to pick it up. Very nice lady. She is the reason I’m writing this review now. Thank you, Ms. Tracy!!

The worst service ever!!!! They lost my items not just once. Never got a refund. ?????!!!!! I’m not rick, ok? I trusted this service and all I got just disappointment. Cool! Staffs are rude, are you supposed to treat your customers like that??

Where is my package!!! I ordered my product on Tuesday and I was supposed to received my item on Saturday. Went to the post office this morning the lady informs me my package is with the carrier. Where is my damn product? It's now a week and I still don't have my merchandise. I will call corporate whoever this carrier is I will be reporting you. Thanks in advance. You deliver everything else but my damn package.
