All of my mail is being returned undeliverable with the correct mailing address. I had a death in my family and never received any of the items sent to my address including my father ashes. I've physically gone to the post office on 3 separate occasions and I get no assistance. This is beyond absurd

This branch is THE WORST in Charlotte. The female (Clerk 67)that works the early shift is RUDE AF. Will not open the window until minutes after opening time. And even when she does open, she drags her feet, talks on her phone while helping customers, has a bad attitude and should not be working in customer service. If I could give zero rating I would. If she is this miserable working there, then find something else to do! It has got to be hard being that unhappy day in and out- and it shows in her attitude, her appearance and her work. Plus on a personal note, she should fire her stylist, cuz her hair is trash!

Whoever that woman is with the gold tooth needs to be fired!!! She literally told me I couldn’t get my package because she didn’t feel like looking for it. Like what do you even get paid to do? Obviously these people need jobs outside of customer service. Or maybe they should’ve made better choices in life so they wouldn’t be 40 working a job that they don’t enjoy! Fire the team and rehire some High school or college students since they seem to be the only ones who knows how to talk to people!!!!!!

This branch should be closed. Got worse service. Do not deliver to the right house. But they are a government outfit, so they can do what they want to without any repercussions.

I’m missing a package that says it was delivered to my mailbox. The online email form is not working and no one answers the phone, so I literally can’t get anyone to help me. Our entire neighborhood has issues with missing packages or getting someone else’s package. It’s constant. And when it happens no one at the post office will help. I never use usps to mail my packages but unfortunately I can’t control how packages are sent to me.

I ordered a package to be delivered to eleven240 Apts. The carrier said he delivered the package and he lied. Pay attention to what you are doing and stop putting people’s mail in the wrong mailbox!

These workers aren't workers, but ppl who eat on the clock. They opened at 9Well supposed to and waiting here 30mins later AS IF we have time to waste.This isn't the first time that's happened. Its sad thr HIGHER up are NOT taking these reviews seriously. A WASTE OF $$

Unbelievable, is all I can say. On second thought, I can say more. This location does not care whether you get your packages or not. They will be condescending to your face even though they people the one that messed up. How do you deliver a package to the wrong mailbox 5 different times. I mean unbelievable.

The only reason I gave just 1 star is because I couldn’t give less. 18 people in line at 2.30 and only 1 person working counter…. Prime example of how government screws up anything it touches, and they could care less
