Horrible attitude by staff and terrible customer service. Take forever and have no want to help you. If you need a box, they will stare at you until they eventually say they have boxes in the back. It’s almost like you have to act like they’re manager for them to do some thing or even reply.

absolutely atrocious service on the phone when asking for a missing package. My last status says it’s at the post office they told me some other carrier must have it. What kind of answer is that????
