Update to my review- whatever I was told on the phone was false and my package was not held at the post office. It was delivered to my old mailbox that is now occupied and the only thing I can do is hope they will return it to the leasing office. Incompetent employees because I stated that my order was scheduled for delivery the NEXT DAY so none of the things he was telling me to do to change my address would’ve processed before the next day.
Horrible help/service. Would give 0 if I could. Called about my package scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, but to the wrong address. Was directed to the website to update my delivery preferences but the page wasn’t loading correctly so then I was directed to another representative who directed me to change my address in order to have my package held there but that didn’t work either and required me to verify my identity in person. Nobody can go into the system to change the delivery of my package because apparently I have to go in and submit a request. Was also told they’re unsure if I can just go in and pick up the package despite it not being labeled for hold. So even though I’m walking in to grab my package that is sitting there, I can’t receive it? Called twice more to verify that my package will remain there and not be delivered tomorrow and twice the call dropped and nobody called back forcing me to have to redo the calling process with having to give my tracking number all over again for the girl (Andrea?) to pick up and the call drop FOR A THIRD TIME and nobody call back. It was 4:48. She didn’t call back because she wanted to go home at 5pm. Other time the call dropped, I received a call back right after. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional that they can’t hold my package despite both methods of changing the delivery not working through the website, no fault of my own.
Mind you I’m at work and having to be on the phone with them for the last hour and can’t go into the post office until my day off on Monday. Horrible customer service and horrible post office.

Went in to drop off packages with prepaid labels, had to deal with the peanut gallery (a customer) telling me I need to get in line just to drop off, then she proceeded to get the postal service worker's attention (her name tag said Watts) attention and because the peanut gallery basically spoke for me Watts gave me an attitude didn't let me say I was just dropping off prepaids and told me to get in line when there was no line. She proceeded to come out to watch a customer try to fit an item in a box that was way to small only to tell them 3 minutes later that they need a bigger box..
I wouldn't have mentioned any of this but this is the 5th time I've come here and the workers always have an attitude and Watts has "helped" me 3 times now. I know dealing with people can be a lot but the attitudes aren't needed.

On 05/14/24 my wife received an email from usps informed delivery images of upcoming mail for that Tuesday. Six of those mail were never delivered to our home. The post office/ mail carrier must have lost them. Not the first time!!!!

A package I ordered went through this post office and didn't get delivered, just sat there for days. Finally I submitted a mail search request along with my address. But the package didn't get delivered to me. Instead they delivered it back to the sender. I didn't tell them to do that. The tracking said "insufficient address" and I later found out the zip code was wrong. But they had the proper address available, because I entered it when I submitted the mail search. So they could have corrected the zip and delivered the package to me. Not satisfied with how USPS handled this delivery.

Are we talking about the same post office? This is the best and most helpful USPS location in Charlotte! The staff always goes over and beyond, they are polite, nice and kind. I regularly go to this location for more than a year and I have never experienced anything like I read in other reviews. Ms Watts, or Mr. Teshom are both very attentive and always welcome everyone like a friend. Just one advise for the other reviewers: Treat others the same way you want to be treated....

I was here in December of 2023 to pick up a piece of mail from overseas. The service was very nice and helpful.

Complete imbeciles, I've been having issues with this particular location for years. My recent experience which was last week was horrible, I had a package coming from Amazon usually when the package is too big for the locker at the residents mailbox they'll bring it to your door, instead I was left a note in my box, so I requested to go pick it up. The next day I went to go pick it up & what do you know my package was with the mailman, to add injury to insult the foreign guy had the audacity to try to go back & forth with me saying I chose redeliver I said you have no choice but to choose redeliver but what exactly does it says beside it (customer pick-up) however I ended up getting my package & everything was good. Ok moving along today I had another package that was already a day late saying it was out for delivery, at the last minute at around or a little after 5p.m I get a text saying my package is ready for pick-up, that's not even the package I scheduled the pick up for. It's no use of calling up there because their lazy azz never answer the phone, I'm not even understanding how they're still in business & honestly I think 1 star is a bit much to give them. Something really need to be done about this USPS cause it seems like by this time they just hire anybody now

This post office has horrible customer service. Every interaction over the last 3yrs has been very frustrating from carrier to management. I have just purchased a mailbox in another zone in order to avoid all contact with this center.

I am wondering if there’s a new mail carrier at my residence? This is the second time He or She is misplacing mine and my children’s mail. it happened 2 weeks ago and now this week. I keep track of my mail through my Informed Delivery account. NOT OKAY!!!!
