Surprisingly warm and personal USPS branch. The lady helped me in a great way to get an overview about all the [confusing] express options for my letter(s); calm and friendly atmosphere. Way to go!

Two black ladies up from. One lady was fine but the other lady accepting packages had an attitude!! Just living up to the stereotype!

This place is awful. I do not know why I even came here knowing their track record. I do not understand how you have this place opening at 8 am. It's 9:15am and its not even open. No signs to say delayed opening nothing. This has to be the worse USPS in Charlotte.
