There is usually only 1 person working and 20 people in line. Customer service is not great & not efficient at all. Plus the amount of trash surrounding this building is a huge problem. USPS do better.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees I interacted with were on their phones most of the time. I suggest replacing all of them with robots in order to make the service worth the while.

This is the absolute WORST post office that I’ve ever been in. The girl, with the accent, at the register, needs to be schooled on how to receive packages. I travel all over North and South Carolina and I ship packages at dozens of different post offices, just whatever is closest to me at shipping time. I use pre-paid shipping labels and I wrap and label my packages at night, then ship the next morning. I took 3 packages into this post office and she would not give me a receipt because they were a day past the label date! What an idiot! They don’t have a scanner and a drop box at this post office. I tried to reason with her, but it just wasn’t sinking in. I said “if I take these packages anywhere else, whether I use a human or a scanner, they will accept the package.” She went blank. If I have a package that has a label on it that is a day old, and I use a scanner, it will accept my package and will give me a receipt. What’s the difference??? I’m guessing that’s she’s too lazy to handle the packages. I went in this post office simply because I was driving by. I then took the same packages to the Providence Rd location and they checked them in and gave me a receipt just like everyone else has always done. This office on Wendover Rd is sketchy anyway. They need to either get new employees or train them properly. Someone with an SAT score above 100 would be nice. Next she’ll be telling people, “if you buy stamps you must use them today.” Idiot.

Decent staff and no one's attitude is too bad. Yes, it's unfortunate that the standard has to be lower but that is just a common defect among postal station staff. That's how you act when you can't get fired. The biggest issue with this location is the vagrants asking for food and money as you attempt to go in the front door and the questionable destitute people hanging out behind the station. When I encounteedr this I had to look up and make sure I was was at a postal station and not a 7-Eleven.

They were so busy on their phones to help me tracking a package,They literally said “we can’t track packages that are not related to this zip code”The sad part is I love 10 min away from this location. All I asked was “can you help me tracking my package?”They refused to do it while watching Facebook videos.Please give them a raise so they can take their job more serious.

People that don't work there were letting civilians know that the lady inside was short-staffed and that she had locked up at 4:40 as she was the only one at the counter and something about that you can't get money orders even at food lion. another lady begging for change was nicely holding the door open for us to discover this news. I discussed this with another irate you work till 5 we're all short staffed. Work is work!
