An insured priority mail package was returned to me for the first time without being delivered. I went to the post office to find out what happened. Unfortunately Kay was the person I had to communicate with. She was in the middle of training someone so she was short and rude with me. When I tried to explain the situation she cut me off and wouldn’t give me any information about trying to resolve the matter. When I asked to speak with the supervisor she said she was the supervisor. I am shocked beyond words that someone as unprofessional would be in such a role. To my dismay the negative experiences that others have posted about her seem to go unaddressed. Keep losing customers USPS. You have lost me after this experience. HIRE DESCENT PEOPLE. She is clearly NOT.

I’ve been here multiple times and they haven’t opened when they were supposed to. Just FYI if you have somewhere to be - you cannot depend on this locations hours. They regularly open late and close early.

This office is complete ABUSE! DO NOT WORK. They close much BEFORE their established work hours, which means they DON'T WANT TO WORK, so fire them ALL because there are surely many other people wanting to work. Adding to that, the service they provide is TERRIBLE, they treat you badly and even more so when you don't speak the language, RACISTS!

This location opens at 9 am but multiple times Ive visited and they keep the doors locked until 9:15-9:30

I got into the office at 4:59. Kay the team lead told me she was closing (the door was still open). I went to take a picture of her id badge and she slapped my phone down. Picture included. This was assault and she is lucky that I didn’t file charges, but I will 100% be reporting this to USPS.

Thieves. I mailed two Priority Mail packages to other towns in NC and one person received an empty box while the other received nothing at all.

These people are so unnecessarily mean. They close the doors at 4:45, which apart of me could understand since they close at 5 however that’s annoying. Additionally, I was nothing but kind and was treated extremely poorly. Another woman was upset arguing with them for not staying open and when I went to leave the door was locked so I wasn’t sure where to exit. I started walking toward what I thought was another exit and was shouted at by the employee like I was an idiot. She belittled me and was extremely rude. There are so many USPS stores with kind employees. That is literally all it takes and kindness is free. I will never understand miserable people. What goes around comes around.
