The Asian lady at the front desk is so rude and demeaning.
I can understand you may not like your job, but don't take it out on the customer. I will not go back there and will certainly take my money elsewhere.

There is no place, to drop off paid packages after hours. Is crazy to me. Why would yall close the drop box with a cage?. I arrived at 4:56pm the gate was down.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t ever use drop boxes. Don’t ever expect an answer from management. Cherie McCullough is a disgusting representation for your company. She does not respect her customers and is a giant c u next Tuesday. It’s been two weeks and no one has picked up anything from the drop box and continue to give me lies after lies about where my packages are.

I come here all the time and every time the ladies say hello how you doing thank you for waiting and I appreciate that so people please stop giving them a 3.6 they deserve a five it's only two of them and there's only two spaces come on give the ladies a break they can only do but so much they can only work in the space that they were allotted.

I don’t never get my important mail after I look at it from my phone I’m unable to walk to my mailbox room so I go every week if I see any mail in my box this is my second time going through this with my mail and when I call someone or go to the post office to complain about it they tell me that they don’t have a permanent mail carrier in my area and the they have to deliver their mail first before they can deliver yours. I have been living over here since 2016 and they still haven’t gotten anyone to deliver mail in this area this doesn’t make sense to me. I can be missing some important appointments. I never heard back from them when they said that they were going to investigate it and that was a month ago and now it’s happening again.
