I cannot say enough good about this post office, I drive a long way to get to this post office but it saves me time once I get there. Tyesha is the attendant at this station and she is smart and knowledgeable and will always advise you on the best, fastest, or least expensive way to mail your packages. At Easter she actually helped me mail baskets to my grandchildren across the country and knew exactly the packaging I should use. All the little pieces arrived in tact! I was very grateful. When I need help mailing a package, this location is always my first choice.

We always hated going to the post office ~ long slow lines and many times, rude postal workers. Then several years ago we discovered the post office branch inside Cannon Pharmacy. We actually look forward to going there. All the workers are Super Friendly and Very Helpful. We love them and cannot say enough good things about them and this branch. Another plus is the fact it’s located inside a small wonderful pharmacy!!John and Cari Kaiser ?❤️

I have to say the people that work this usps desk are really great. I go all the time and 50% of the time I screw something up but they are always so helpful! They help me pack my boxes and label them, have gotten me an old box from the back before, will print a label… it’s just actual customer service in an industry that’s known for having perhaps the worst customer service experience.Thank you to all the usps employees at cannon! You’re the best!!!!

Is it weird that I actually look forward to going to the post office? Before I started using the PO, I never did - but the service is always friendly and efficient (I'm almost afraid to write this review in case it gets busier!).

First time user. When I gave them my address yesterday, they said no problem we'll deliver. Today they call and said I live over 30 miles away . No way I would expect them to deliver. They acted liked it was my fault. Very rude guy on the phone then I got charge 26.95 for over night . I ask why they didn't tell me in the beginning when I gave them my address. Again they acted like it was my fault. Very rude guy on the phone . They get a 0 on the scale of 1 to 10 . .

This isn't an official USPS post office, which is why it's awesome. I come here to ship my Poshmark shipments. The workers are so nice, they put together the box, tape the label to it, and give me my receipt. And unlike the real USPS locations, they are nice and don't exude a bad attitude. I went to the post office on McDowell once and had the opposite experience there so I will never go there again.

I drive so out of my way to go to this specific USPS because the people are that friendly. The best postal office experience you’ll have at least in the Charlote area, I can guarantee you that!

Definitely not coming here again to use USPS. The woman working the desk was incredibly rude and didn’t even know how to mail a package. She seemed over it as soon as I walked in and was rude when I asked my question. Then after she basically said she didn’t know she tried to dismiss me saying “is that it?” and mumbled something under her breathe as I walked out. Not sure why she was so angry but her attitude was disgusting.

There is a reason this postal service has so many good reviews! It's great! First of all they're open till 7:00 p.m. on weekdays. Also the staff are so helpful and friendly! They currently require masks. And customers are spaced. There's also a pharmacy attached Not sure about hours but all the staff there seemed friendly as well
