Rented a bike there in the weekend of a business trip. Bicycle Sport Uptown set me up with a great bike, the staff borrowed me everything I needed (water bottles, Garmin mount etc.) and gave me great advise on what routes to take. Very friendly and supportive.
Too bad this shop is not my local bike shop.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, strong communication and simply an amazing experience! I used Bicycle Sports many times starting from basic service, custom builds and custom upgrades.
Thank you Bicycle Sports Uptown for all your support! That picture of the bike was taken 1 week ago, where I participated at Suarez Gran Fondo event for the first time and won my group age!

Had a really great experience bringing my old bike into Bicycle Sport Uptown for a tune up. It needed a good makeover and I was blown away at the work they did. They certainly brought it back to life, I almost didn't recognize it. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Bicycle Sport has always been a great bike shop in Charlotte. This is the second location. Great service. On this day I picked up some supplies and had small adjustment done to bike. Recommend.

Took a wheel to get fixed and they messed with the hub without permission. Now have to rebuild the hub on our own. Will never recommend this place.
