Nick is as well known in the Ballantyne area as some politicians. His store is always clean, efficient and friendly.
He and the staff go out of their way to help you with more than just shipping. PO Boxes, printing, copying, business services and more make it a worthwhile stop for a multitude of reasons.

Let me just start by saying that I am beyond grateful to the team at the John J , Ballantyne UPS store for the high level of professionalism, customer service and commitment to excellence. Our organization needed multiple, complex prints for a major event right away. These guys… not only did they rise to occasion to get them done quickly, but error free. Our contact person, Nick called to clarify the order when needed and when the order was ready for pickup. Honestly, I felt like he was on our actual company team! You don’t find service like that too often. Thanks again for a fantastic job! Very grateful!

The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly very patient with customer no matter how tedious the process is,, I would recommend this store for anything :)

Service was okay but if you want something printed, go to FedEx. They charged $3.25 for one black/white copy. If I weren’t rushing, I would have opted out.
