I walked in with two amazon packages (obviously returning them), I smiled and spoke to the young man who came to greet me. When I did, he simply said, "Put those right there." When I said hey how are you again, he said in a very matter of factly tone, hey, how can I help as if I was bothering him.. I said I simply spoke, but you're being rude. He says, "Yeah, let's get on with this"... I quickly asked the young lady to help me out who did so.. I hope he sees this and learn how his actions affect others.

I have been frequenting the UPS Store despite the unfriendly ambiance. Being a business owner myself, I am aware of the difficulties of managing staff, but today I reached my limit. I went to the store to send some packages and the employee was quite unfriendly. If someone is not content with their workplace, they should seek alternative employment, as customer service is subpar. I am done and will take my business elsewhere.

I can definitely agree with the previous reviews concerning the customer service. I’ve returned a couple of things usually Amazon returns. But I must say the staff isn’t the nicest. It’s like you’re bothering them when you bring in an amazon return.

I went to scan and email a document to myself. No one help me. I could not get my. I forgot my email and no one could would assist. They just let me sit there and be frustrated. This was important to me and they act like they didn't care and their customer service is really bad. They don't even get a one

By far this was one of the rudest UPS locations I have ever entered. I have never had such poor service and all the years I've used UPS. I went this location because it was convenient to where I was at the time. The location closed before 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday. The manager on duty indicated that you do not walk inro an establishment when they are about to close. The manager indicated that they (the staff) would be walking out the door at 4:00 p.m. But if the hours of operation indicate that the store stays open until 4:00 p.m. that means the doors stay open until 4:00 p.m. The young man behind the counter was very rude and acted like he did not want to be there. While I do understand it is Saturday, people still deserve quality service for shipping their items. There were several customers who could not get in because the door was locked prior to 4 p.m.. I will never use this location again. I highly recommend no one else goes to that location either. Just because of the level of non-quality service that they provide. I suggest going to the one on prosperity or Eastfield. The service is much better there. Or if you are the Concord/Kannapolis are use the one at Afton Village. I just recommend not using the Davis Lake location until their staff can be better trained.The owner of the store should really consider training for his staff on how to effectively work with customers. Just looking at some of the other reviews this is not the first time issues have been had with this store.

We were in there today trying to return some stuff to Amazon from my baby shower. When we walked in the young man (Justin) was shaking his head. When I walked up to the counter he was playing a game on his phone. I proceeded to ask him a question about returns and he simply shrugged and continued playing his game. I had all QR codes and was placing the items on the counter, the young man took his time. My elderly mother, aunt, and I (8mo pregnant) were lifting the heavy boxes and no one helped us. He was very curt when speaking to us. If he didn’t want to be in customer service, then he shouldn’t be. He didn’t even speak when I spoke to him. I’ve never experienced someone so rude at this UPS or any UPS and I’m disappointed.

This has been the worst experience that I ever had at this store, the employees were misinformed and the manager was not sympathetic to my situation. No apology was made for my inconvenience, had to come back to the store when I saw the date that my package would get and was charged an extra 100 dollars, very inefficient customer service.

I go to the Davis Lake UPS only because it's so convenient & near. I don't go often but when I do. I'm reminded how discourteous the owner is. I have to keep the Eastfield location in mind going forward.
