Shelby was great. I went there to ship a return and the process was quick and easy thanks to Shelby. In the process, I left my phone in the box. I cannot say enough about the thoroughly excellent service I received from Rocky. I had a complicated printing issue and was even told by an employee at another business that Rocky was the man to help me! They were absolutely right. He is a master at what he does, attentive to detail, and so earnestly helpful.
