They do not accept Amazon returns. Contrary to their reply, the package I had was boxed in the package it was sent to me by Amazon and fully taped. They flat out refused to take it. With that in mind, either the owner is lying or his business is engaged is discriminatory practices.

Amazon wanted me to return an item in a box when they didn’t send the item in a box. It would have cost me $4.99 to return the item, the guy at the UPS store felt bad for me at Amazon terrible customer service & provided me a free box that another customer didn’t need. Thank you!

Returned AT&T equipment (unpackaged) as instructed. I would be charged a fee if it wasn’t returned. The owner of the store helped me with my return and she was friendly, quick and reassuring that the equipment would get back to AT&T. She even printed a confirmation that showed that I dropped it off. Really happy with her assistance!

Every time I come here I have such a pleasant experience. I didn't have any tape and was in a bind. I had a large, awkwardly shaped, 50 pound package that wouldn't even close completely because it was so full... ALL THREE employees helped me hold down the flaps of the box, squeeze the seams together and then they taped it up, with their own tape, and made sure everything was nice and secure. They had a great sense of humor, were kind, and worked as a team. Matter if fact, as I walked in, there was another customer sitting on a stool while she was being helped. Come to understand, the associate that was helping, was the one who got the stool from the back area so that the customer could be comfortable, and then offer to help the customer with carry anything else that was needed, out to the vehicle! Y'all made my day, thanks for the smiles and thoughtfulness!!
