Do not go here to get your documents notarized there is a lady who does the notarization for this location who is horrible extremely rude very difficult to deal with very disrespectful and always unpleasant to communicate with. I have been to several UPS stores in the Carolinas and she always is the worst!! Very rude young lady!!!

Mr. Wilburn Sanders and Kay went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with a complicated printing issue that was time sensitive for a memorial service. They were so kind and compassionate, even delaying their departure from work at the end of the day to continue helping me, making sure it was all done correctly. I was so grateful to them!

The staff is so friendly and professional. The owner of the store is so kind and caring. My favorite employee there is Cecil Mann. Cecil always greets me when picking my mail, always smiles, excellent customer service. Cecil is a very valuable employee who deserves to be well taken care of by UPS Store.

Shakyra and Kaleisha (hopefully I’m spelling their names right) are very pleasant and helpful. I sometimes drive across town just for this UPS store. Most of the times I come in, there are only 1 or 2 people ahead of me and I’m out in less than 5 minutes.

Just dropped off a package at UPS and had a simple question. The employee I spoke with made me feel like an idiot and that I was asking a dumb question. For some reason I annoyed her and it was clear to me by her tone of voice. I normally stop here because it is convenient but maybe I will drive a little further to be treated with kindness.

One of the most poorly instructed UPS stores along with how rude communication is from employees.I have repeatedly dropped items off at this specific location because of distance to my home and I have never received a pleasant encounter.
