We had our unit for just under a month, and we were able to get it placed and picked up very quickly. The process was very easy, and the customer service is wonderful. It was also the best price around by quite a bit. I do not plan to move again any time soon (over it), but if I do, I would definitely use UNITS again.

You won't believe this but EVERY time I call I get a real person, whose responsive and actually knows how to help! Great prices, very professional, and responsive. I have worked with the big national ones and DID NOT have this same experience. Highly recommend UNITS of Charlotte.
