I Don’t not support this business anymore after today 3/2/24 I been using this cleaners for six months, I never had an issue I always go in the morning to drop off and pick up the skinny black lady is nice and always has my items ready, I came to pick up my items this evening and the cross eyed black lady was having issues with another customer they didn’t have all her items I waited 15 minutes watching the employee yell at this customer, telling her she should pick her items up on time I told the employee she should have given that lady her stuff for free to keep a repeat customer happy, the employee told me I should mind my business I tried to tell her I had my kids in the car and I been waiting a while she told me she was gone take her time it was just back and forth me the employee some man just sitting in a chair comes to me running his mouth all and all long story short this business don’t care about customer service, they will treat you bad talk to you rude and the cross eyed lady has a nasty mean Spirit, every time I come in and she is working I feel how mean spirited, she is, she always has an attitude and she is the reason I won’t be back I couldn’t watch her mistreat the customer so I said what I had to say the employee and the old man didn’t like it but customer service should be a business main priority without the customer you have no business. I will go somewhere else if I were you. I try to support black businesses but places like this don't deserve our hard earned money she also over charged me this is not the first time I went in and this same lady overcharged me watch the cross eyed employee she will definitely overcharge you.

I had a problem with a third overcharge by an employee, she and I had a dispute over the charge, and I therefore called the owner who finally decided to return my call after I told him I would give him a couple of more days to respond to my call (he called that a threat) It was not a threat, he obvious doesn’t know what a threat is. He finally called me on 12/22/23 and I explained the issue with his employee. He agreed to reimburse the overcharge. When I questioned him about not publishing his prices, he told me that no cleaners were required to publish prices. Albeit I was not asking him about other cleaners but his business. His rationale was that customers will look at prices and assume the prices were too high compared to other cleaners. I thought to myself without saying to him (thinking he might become defensive) how would we function as consumers/businesses if the gas stations, grocery stores, hair/nail salons used that same argument for not publishing their prices? At any rate, when I called Bennett back within 10 minutes after our first conversation, he said he was on a conference call and would call me back. That was 12/22/23. I never heard back from him. Since it was Christmas weekend, I allowed him space and time. I had to text him again to get a call. When he called, I was on an important call and clicked over to tell him I have to talk to him after my call. Mr. Bennett told me he was busy, and I would have to TEXT him my questions (Time to text but not time to talk like adults???? I told him I don't TEXT business. He got angry and told me he would write me a check for the refund and told me not to come back to his busines. I had no intention of coming back. What a cowardly and unprofessional way to dismiss a 14 year old customer. There have been a lot of complaints on job his out-source cleaning service does. I have had to return garments on occassion. Mr. Bennett doesn’t care to discuss issues on the phone. He is obviously a poor business owner and wants to get paid but doesn't want to deal with customer problems and is obviously not used to phone conversations but would rather TEXT MESSAGE as opposed to talking on the phone like adults. I caution customers to please get prices as they change without notice frequently and check you ticket and request a receipt. Personally, I would not recommend any business where the owner is too busy to TALK but has time to text like a teen.

Terrible! The lady that works in the evenings can't see. Had me waiting for my clothes for 1 solid hours. I gave them 2 brand new shirts I never wore 1 black and 1 white. The white came back beige and they both were wrinkled.Woods

We moved on the other side of Charlotte and I'm still bringing our clothes here to be dry cleaned. The service is great (they removed a collar ring that other dry cleaners did not remove on a cream suit jacket) and the prices are budget friendly.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANERS, EVER! I took my clothes in to be cleaned, along with my very nice comforter. The comforter was damaged. I went back to the cleaners to ask if they could look at it and was told by Pam at the front desk that she didn't know what to tell me; and shrugged her shoulders. I ask for the manager's (and owner I think) name and number, Terrence, and was told that he does not give out his number but he would call me back. A full week has passed and NO one has yet to call me. I also was asked to Cashapp the payment for the services, which was a bit weird. Most businesses will accept credit cards. I do plan to pickup my comforter today and hope there is no additional damage! But save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaners.
