So the coach from this gym was at an amateur boxing show today. His fighter lost and as soon as the coach of the winning fighter left, he tried to "poach" the winning fighter away to his own gym after just losing. Very very unprofessional and sneaky. Bad example for the kids.

Ummmm....nice guy cool people but damn the place could use a steam clean and a bottle of bleach. If you train barefoot go ahead and find a different gym. If the mma grunge vibe is your style party on.

Went to a lady safe training class with my teen daughter. The class was amazing! Very understanding and completely informative with the best instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure meeting I will certainly be attending again and checking out boxing classes!

I used to train for competitions and self defense and judo here years ago before the gym's relocation...proper communication is a must ..you are treated like family and laugh and joke alot until the bell rings and says"GET TO WORK!"

Guy couldnt even tell me a price over the phone. He said the best thing to do would be to waste my time and talk in person. Simple question ,how much does it cost for 2 classes!???....anyways going somewhere else.

Most unique martial arts/ old school boxing gym! Excellent instruction, I mean the coaches are great. They teach you the right form, the first time.
