? Avoid the junior stylists in the salon salon. Had my hair butchered by two stylists in a row. First one cut my hair unevenly. Second overcorrected and cut wayyy too much off.

Shelby was rude, she really shouldn’t be working directly with customers. Train Shelby on customer skills and how to speak to customers professionally. Everyone else was helpful and nice.

I have showed up to the salon twice with a booked appointment that is cancelled once I arrive due to poor planning on the end of this location. I also have been to two other Ultas in the area, and this location adds extra charges. Despite having booked services, this one is always suddenly unable to provide them upon my arrival. I rearranged my whole schedule for this appointment today, and this has become a massive imposition on my week. Drive the extra ten or fifteen minutes to the other locations!

I was able to return some expensive eye cream with no questions asked. The associates are very helpful! Very good customer service, starting right when I walked in the door! The associates are NOT all skinny, intimidating, and blonde. The staff is diverse, and welcoming, and I love it! I'll be returning to the store more often from now on!

I was at the store exactly at 8 pm this evening and the person at door said should not let me come in, even though I know exactly what I want to buy. A lipstick and the number. This used to be my favorite store to shop, it sucks now. I am going out of town and wanted to grab this item.

I take my daughter to see Iris for a silk blow out every once in a while. She is fabulous, sweet and always does a great job on my daughter’s hair.
While I was waiting, another stylist who I had never met, Amayah, approached me while I was looking at hair products to assist me.
I noticed that she had just finished up with a client so on a whim, I asked her if she was available to do my hair. I figured my chances were low, but my stylist had canceled on me that night so I was sort of just hoping for a miracle.
Amayah immediately welcomed me into her chair and completely blew my mind with her skills. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked her to do and even exceeded my expectations. I’ll admit, I’m a pretty particular client but she put my nerves at ease and took such great care of me. She KNOWS what she’s doing! Bonus, her personality and customer service is top notch! I now have a new stylist! ?

This is for everybody, they offered me a credit card I accepted , I made just one purchase and I did not know when I should pay it I did but a day later when I finally could created my account they charged me interest over interest I payed and closed the account and the credit card so bad experience , I thought my nightmare ended right there but no, they kept charging me Interest even my credit card and account was closed on December I had to pay 32 dollars more today April they do not care they don’t do anything to fix it but yes your credit score goes down . Stop offering this bad service and deshonest credit card .

Lizzie was my brow tech and I couldn't be happier. We came up with a plan to grow my brows back out so she ensured she was very detailed to not take additional hairs and measured everything out. I also had them tinted. So far so good! Will be back to ulta brows to have my brows done with Lizzie
