I placed a mobile order through the app and chose same day delivery. I received the package through doordash and it was partially opened and one of my products was missing. I called the store and they told me they could do nothing to help and to contact Doordash. I did so and they told me to contact Ulta. I am just frustrated at this point because I either want my refund or my product.

I had an incredible experience at Ulta Beauty, thanks to the outstanding team. Quinn, who assisted me both over the phone and in-store, showcased exceptional knowledge and dedication. They seamlessly helped me find the products I was interested in. On the day of my visit, Kat went above and beyond, guiding me through various products with patience and expertise. Her attention to detail made me feel truly heard and valued. Lastly, at the cash register, Shekinah's vibrant personality added an extra touch of delight. She not only efficiently processed my purchase but also assisted me in discovering two additional products. Kudos to the entire team for making my shopping experience memorable and enjoyable!

No one ask for their assistance in these store any longer it's just a money rush...Update Quinn was actually nice trying to check me out but his colleges are straight up rude and nasty... if my coupon says includes prestige perfumes then it includes it. I don't care what your attitude says or your coupon says!! that's your coupon that doesn't include prestige that's why you work here and I shop here.. there's a difference!! So giving me attitude while trying to tell me they can't take it off is just plan rude and should call for grounds of retraining incompetent people. Another lady comes to say bcus they messed up my transaction they couldn't fix it I just have to take the lose of the coupon not being applied and wait for my points back. Lady I didn't mess up !!!YOU PEOPLE IN THIS STORE getting paid to do a job DID!!!If you dont know how to do your job relearn or find something else you have competence at... ultimately Ulta needs to do better when hiring nasty @$$ people... all that Makeup isn't coving their attitude

My recent visit to Ulta at 236 South Sharon Amity Road in North Carolina on Friday, November 24th, was a transformative experience, all thanks to the exceptional assistance of Hannah. Her distinctive red hair and translucent-framed glasses made her instantly recognizable, but it was her expertise and warmth that truly stood out.In a matter of minutes, Hannah skillfully found the perfect concealer for me. Her friendly demeanor, enthusiasm, and extensive knowledge of makeup brands for women of Color were incredibly impressive.As someone navigating my 30s, I've become self-conscious about certain aspects of my appearance, particularly the lines under my eyes. Hannah, however, breathed new life into my makeup journey. Unlike my experiences at the 86th street store in New York, where I often felt ignored, this visit was not just enjoyable but also incredibly informative.Hannah's positivity, brightness, and remarkable interpersonal skills make her an invaluable asset to Ulta. Her passion for makeup and her ability to connect with customers warrant recognition beyond measure. Ulta should seriously consider acknowledging her outstanding performance with a well-deserved raise and potentially even offering her a hiring consultant position.Encountering someone as passionate and knowledgeable as Hannah was a true pleasure. I was at this store looking for someone to help me and I was in the beauty section where someone was getting their makeup done, and I just had to interrupt the lady and ask… “can someone help me” and boom Krishana came and help me beyond my expectations… I left my favorite red lipstick at home and I hate buying new reds because as a P.O.C (person of color) all reds don’t hit the same… well Krishana got me together!!! Peep the pic? I brought brow tar, red lipstick, sharpener, and some concealer and she hand picked all my items… then I get the the register and Jennifer kept the customer experience going… with applying my points, giving me the 4-11 on the perks the of ulta card and then applying my coupon!!!! I’m happy to know while out of town the ultra customer service is delivered through employees such as Krishana and Jennifer???

I am shocked to see all of the terrible reviews as I frequent this Ulta location. However, today I met Tamia. This was my first encounter with this particular associate. She was so patient with me (I ask a lot of questions) and really took the time to explain everything, specify, foundation, and how they interact with primers. Her product knowledge is super. I am especially pleased with today's visit. Thank you so much Tamia, for going above and beyond. That's what customer service is all about!

While I rarely leave reviews, I believe that nobody should feel as displaced and uncomfortable as the manager, Brandi makes her employees and customers feel. She lets her personal political views infiltrate the workplace and her biases are very apparent in the way she operates the store. Even if one voices their concerns about the racial profiling of blatant racism they’ve experienced, it is ignored by management. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! Take your money to a different Ulta location.

I am typically stared at when I go into an Ulta. I understand I’m young, and I’m sure they have had their fair share of young girls stealing makeup and want to be cautious, but this instance was ridiculous. I was looking to buy a Clinique lipstick as a gift for my friends birthday, and I opened the packages of a couple to make sure they weren’t tampered with. I’ve seen plenty of people swatch brand new makeup on their skin, and I wanted to be sure the one I was buying was clean!! An employee came over and asked if she can help me. I said no I’m okay I’m just making sure these aren’t tampered with because it’s a gift. She then asked me if I planned on buying it. I guarantee you that an older lady would not have been asked this question. I know they’re just doing their jobs, but there is no need to be accusatory. I will be avoiding this ulta location from now on.
