U-Haul renting inaccurate mileage and gas level. Rented a 15” truck for a moving. Put 60 miles for approximate mileage use for a 41 miles trip. I was charged 140 miles (more than $100 overcharged. Gas level was told to be 3/4 tank and it was barely half of tank. Contract was “signed” and made official by them before giving the chance to double check both items. Already started claim with U-haul to get GPS tracking and rates corrected.

Fast, kind and honest. Miraculously, I had a flat tire occur less than two minutes down the road from Tuffy’s and in less than an hour the Tuffy team had me on my way with a new tire — despite it being hard find. I just relocated to Charlotte and finding A decent mechanic has been A task. Found tully online so Before i came to Tuffys i did what most of us do. Go straight to the reviews. Im A very paranoid person. So while reading the reviews i thought to myself they must just have people leaving good reviews who they know personally. But i choose to give them A shot anyways. And what do you know they were everything people where saying. I called several times with question and tgey where patient and answered all my question. Thought to myself okay we may have somthing here. My last question was about another i had with my AC they called me back told me what the problem was, but the cost went over my buget. I told him how much i could do and Rog called me back and worked with me. So then once i got off work and went to pick my truck up, thinking to myself now its time to see if everything was fixed to my standards. And it was. They did A great job. And i will be recommending them to anyone who ask. The prices are not cheat and i see why cause they do good work. They are truly the definition of you get what you pay for. Good Job ? ?

Do not go there they replaced brakes on our car and put them on wrong. I took my car to have other work done asked them to look at it because it was shaking when I put on my breaks on and I had had them done by Tuffy-Steel Creek a week earlier and they said they were put on wrong and they had to fix them the right way. We have asked for a refund but they are playing games and giving us the run around and will not give it to us even though I gave them a copy of the write up from the other car repair shop. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Going to BBB.

Just received and inspection, however, the manager Roger was so pleasant and took the time to discuss some of my car concerns, that I will be definitely trying Tuffy out on my next service.

I just had my truck worked on here, spoke with Rodger and Angela multiple times (probably to the point of annoyance lol) for the questions I had. They gave me an honest price, worked with my warranty company on my behalf, told me when I could expect my truck to be completed. Great company, trustworthy. Would recommend.Services: Engine repair

Wonderful experience on my ’93 Silverado! 48 hours between diagnostic and finished repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Even had a cute baby there during pickup. Do yourself a favor and don’t call anywhere else!Services: Carburetor cleaning

Went in for a oil change and inspection was told it would be an hour to hour and a half. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they completed the oil change but couldn't get inspection completed due to computer reading not ready. I understand Technical difficulties but don't make a customer wait 3 hours and then not be able to complete the service

Went in for 4 tires. Waited 5 hrs for truck to be completed and was told tires were being put on. Went to pick up truck and they didn't even have the tires at the shop! Horrible place and customer service!!!Service: Tires
