THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM IN CHARLOTTE. More people really need to know about it. It’s like it’s own mini utopia with over 20 bars and restaurants, dentistry places, fitness centers, apartments, and an event lawn! Everything is walkable and there are even townhomes for sale there too I see on Kings Parade ? Just drive by and you will see!

Arsley was once a promising new community for young entrepreneurs just a few years back. You could even say it was one of Charlottes best kept secrets by those who lived near by but the area is drastically taking a turn for the worst just this past year. Most of the main street businesses have closed up shop and the ones that remain are culturally biased boasting black owned and operated as if ethnicity should be a key component to their success. The stinch of marijuana fills the surrounding streets, back alleys and even the main elevators of most businesses. Don't just take my word for it! Fill free to read some of the individual reviews of the surrounding businesses to get a better idea on how this community is failing.

Ayrsley Town Center or The Town of Ayrsley is a nice concept but it hasn't been executed too well. It needs more parking by at least 50%. Dense with restaurants, retail, offices and a movie-plex that has more than 12 theaters, it's way too busy on a weeknight. I've been here for Two-for-Tuesday wings at the Wild Wing and it's always a challenge to find parking. At least the Cave Dwellers folks have their dedicated spots. The street starts at two lanes where it meets South Tryon and then, as it makes a curve, narrows to just one lane. A few accidents are missed by a hair. The first break in the center curb has a 'No U-Turns" sign but that is routinely ignored. There is a multi-story parking deck but it's not well marked and too far from the shops. It's a great idea but needs help. [Review 13052 overall, 369 of 2020.]

I recently stayed at the Hilton Harden Inn. We took a stroll in the town and we are so in love with it. Can’t wait to visit again.

One of the owners this corporation first name is Bernie. Just hand a conversation with her about towing cars in the parking lot that the residents are suppose to have access to. She quoted that they do not need to give any warning before calling a tow company to pick up a vehicle. Her attitude was horrible, she doesn’t care about anybody. I pray if she ever needs help that they give her more help than she extended to us.I have been a tenant there for 8+ years and this is the treatment I get for patronizing and residing on their property. Owners should one day realize without satisfied customers or renters their businesses/ corporations can not prosper.
