I choose this body shop because I bought my 2022 GR Supra here. The insurance company that was paying for my damage was progressive. The claims adjuster and the representative that was helping me from the collision center (Jeff Parks) was knowledgeable, had manners and kept me updated at all times.Services: Tires

I currently have an insurance claim through Allstate with this shop.I thought I would get a quality dealership experience. I’ve used the service department before and had a great experience. The collision center is a joke. They’ve had my truck for 30+ and come to find out they didn’t even send the supplement in until 28 days after getting my vehicle. I’ve had to be the one calling and following up to see what’s going on every week. I had to call the service department just to find out who the manager was there because no one would even let me speak to him. Once I did ask for him by name and did get to speak to him he was incredibly rude and would not even let me finish a sentence. I can’t even get anyone to call me back here now..I’m at a loss. I hope someone higher up can see this and give me some help. This is crazy. No parts needed ordered or anything ..it’s a delay from straight poor management. I’m now paying out of pocket for a rental because they don’t know the proper process to submit the supplement and won’t take any responsibility. It’s very disappointing. This has been an absolutely draining and miserable experience.Services: Painting

Wow, what customer service and workmanship out of this team. Having the lens that mechanics/repair shops are only interested in getting the most from you, I was insanely impressed with this team. Jerry was by far the most professional, experienced, and kind associate I've ever worked with. He and his team went above and beyond helping with a leaky sunroof that turned into rancid stale water in the car. They worked with my insurance to make sure I received the most repairs possible. They took extra care of my car while they had it. I was kept informed of all progress and updates. I never once felt slighted, tricked, or duped. Trust this team!
