“I had the most amazing experience with Charlotte HERO Roadside Assistance. I had to use the battery Jump service on two separate days back to back and the response time was soo fast! They came out in exactly 45 minutes both times and Vincent and Tremaine were not only helpful and provided a speedy service but they were both knowledgeable about what was happening with my car and they were able to explain everything to me in the simplest terms. “I work on my own stuff, 240sx, engine swaps, LS1 and 2JZ drift cars, etc. However my 08 Chevy Silverado needed it's auto transmission fluid flushed and filter changed. (Cheaper to have a shop use their oil flush pump)

I had an amazing experience with Ray Harris tow company I was far from where my car was located and couldn’t be there in person, but they still went out of their way to help. They offered to go pick up my car 4’me and even represent me to get it released , all for less than a grand !! Most tow companies were either trying to upcharge or not even pick up the car and within less than a day! The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. “Excellent service and assistance throughout a difficult process. Our company vehicle was involved in a wreck and the report did not have the correct information on it. Instead of telling me I was out of luck they worked with us to verify everything and found the vehicle in their secure yard. While attempting to unload the tools and heavy items from the back they provided assistance with getting better access. Several trips to complete the process and they were helpful each time.
