We took our 16 1/2 year old dog for a wellness review, to see if she was in any pain. The tech and dr. did an amazing job of explaining signs that is "time" to us and let us know that she is not in pain. We took her home and she has been fine. They were patient, spent a lot of time and answered all of questions. Great place!

This was very first appointment at TotalBond Veterinary Hospital. Sargee and I had an excellent experience even though they are remodeling everyone was professional and the doctor came out to my car to explain everything to me and gave me a great referral to a dermatologist, so that’s I can take Sargee there to make sure he is healing ❤️? and on the right dosage of medication.

I’ve never seen a Vets office that’s afraid of big dogs. These people are noticeably incompetent and their goal is to do as little as possible. Basic requests like nail clippings are impossible for them to perform. They should advertise their hospital as a toy breed clinic only because they can’t handle big dogs.
Making appointments is complicated because they will assign a VET TECH who can’t do anything without a VETS approval so they’re useless!
It’s very obvious that no one knows what they’re doing and it’s not an atmosphere that give you confidence.
The only positive thing about them was that are close to my home. That’s it.

We love TotalBond, everyone there is so kind and caring with my pups, as well as professional. I never feel pushed for services or shamed if I need to wait on some things like I’ve felt at other places. My pups love it too!

This place is overrated and overpriced. It is to busy and does not give proper care to your dogs. It hurts them. I was standing there one time when they were supposed to just clean this one year old dogs teeth, a few years ago, and they made a mistake and pulled 3/4’s of his teeth before they realized what happened. They still billed her for all teeth pulled!! The owner started crying on the spot. It was heartbreaking. One of my dogs, years ago they just killed at this office by per negligence and NOT PAYING ATTENTION!!! He left there at 3:00 after getting a shot and died at 5:30 at the emergency vet. They injected him wrong and it went straight to his heart!!!!!! My beloved dog is dead!!! This is an honest story. It is a few years old. But it is the truth. And my dog is still dead!

I'd like to update my review:
I have been a part of the Paw Creek family for years, transferring our pups there just after the location opened. Through the years, each of my puppies received top notch care and attention. When emergencies happened it wasn't "how can we fleece them for the most money", but thoughtful and educated directions to go in for the best care possible. The staff all cared about our pups and treated them like the family members they were. Follow up calls weren't just routine to check the box, and follow ups to questions were handled like our pups actually matter to them too.
When it came time to cross the rainbow bridge, was always dealt with care, compassion and humanity.
Dr Spangler and team make a difference, and made a difference to all of our pups lives too. In a day and age where vet care seems to be just all about money, this team goes above and beyond in caring for your pawed family member.
There are a ton of options around, but all pale in comparison. Without hesitation or reserve, I recommend getting your puppers or kitties seen here; it will mean a world of difference for them and you!

My Enzo (6 month old Cane Corso pup) had been feeling under the weather. We went to Total Bond yesterday. I was worried that due to his size and breed that the vet and staff would be apprehensive. They were not and were great with my buddy. He's now feeling much better and we will be returning for his wellness exams. Thanks Total Bond!

I highly recommend the Paw Creek location of TotalBond Veterinary Hospital. We scheduled a first time appointment after we had our Goldie rescue, Finn, for about a month. The minute we walked in the door, we felt welcome. The receptionist knew our dog's name before we said a word.
The actual appointment was comfortable for our dog as well as for us. Our Vet Tech, Brittany (sp?), was awesome with lots of answers to all our questions and suggestions that we didn't know we needed. And had lots of love for Finn!
Dr. Spangler was awesome with our big boy! He had answers and suggestions for anything we had questions about how to keep our Finn happy and healthy.

If I could give a negative score I would I couldn’t post without giving one star. That is the only reason I gave them a star. Stay away from this practice
I think the fact that their office is dirty and dingy should have been my first warning but I over looked it
My dog was having problems, keeping food down. I took him to an emergency vet clinic who took x-rays. Everything was forwarded to total bond. I had at least two visits with them after the initial x-rays and my dog was still sick so I asked them if they ever read the first set of x-rays. The technician said I’ll have to talk to the vet even though the screen was right there the vet said that he did not, but he couldn’t speak for anyone else. He looked at the screen, but never said anybody read the first set of x-rays. Then he said in a very I don’t care/insincere way sorry about that. I decided to change practices because they couldn’t answer me. I wrote a letter to the owner or one of the owners the letter went unanswered. In total, my dog had three sets Of x-rays, one in the emergency clinic and two from total bond
When I brought him to the new practice, a quick physical exam, alerted the doctor there was a problem he aspirated his lymph nodes. My dog has cancer. They never detected it. Their attitude by not answering my questions or my letter shows their lack of concern, though they do have a strong willingness to take your money. Please keep your animals away from there. If your animal is healthy, I suppose this practice is good for dispensing, flea and tick medication’s and such, but if there’s any sort of problem, they cannot or will not diagnose and certainly will not treat. They are the absolute worst.

If you are looking for a vet. This is the place the veterinarian Mr. Mark was so helpful and informative. He took his time explaining the care plan for my senior pet. He was so patient and caring. If you have a pet and looking for great care I recommend TotalBond. The prices are affordable, but if are facing financial difficulties. You can apply for care credit which has been very helpful for me. The staff was very welcoming and friendly to me and my senior pet Sophie. I want to personally thank all the staff and Doctors at TotalBond for giving me the best experience.
