This place is owned by the same people that run the other vape store #2 down the street. The difference in the locations in customer service. They’re lacking at this location. Good selection of products though.

The vapes they sell are definitely a knock off. There’s a few reasons. The box they sell it in has a barcode that says scan for verification. Doesn’t work.The taste of the vape is way off. You feel heavy afterwards. Should be reported.

I was just charged 27.00 for an Orion vape that I have paid no more than 23 at any vape store. His accent was so strong I thought he said 20. Rushing I hit my wallet paying not realizing. Talking about sorry baby the price went up. I said np I just won’t come back again.

The place is very clean and the owners are friendly. However, they change employees a lot and one of them asked me to use my zelle to send his gf money and he would give me cash when I was checking out... made me feel uneasy about using my card. Also, they charge different prices for the same items. Keep receipts or remember what you're being charged if you buy the same items often.

Zero return policy,I tried several times to return unopened and unused items but I was not really successful. The seller brushed me off several times. I recommend not to buy from him unless you are sure that you will not return it back to him. Not sure what should I say about customer service, seriously was not pleasant experience with him.
