“I would usually go to Firestone since it’s the closest to my house. Well I reached out to Firestone about fixing a tire that I had taken off my vehicle, a patch or plug. Firestone proceeds to tell me they were booked up for weeks. So I came to Satto without an appointment, they had the tire back in the shop, repaired and fixed under 30mins. I’ll definitely be coming back to the guys here!!”

“Went there on 8/20/2024 brought my own oil filter and oil . I have a 2012 VW Jetta and they charged 26 dollars to change the oil which is a fair price considering the other shops around wanted 50 dollars or more. 6 days after leaving I noticed a leak on the bottom of the car so I checked the oil and there was no oil . Went back to the shop and they noticed the leak was coming from the oil filter housing. I spoke to the managers Ezequiel and Joel and they were very courteous and professional and offered to fix it for me free of charge since the leak happened after I did the oil change although it's hard to really know if it was they're fault or my own but they assumed responsibility and fixed the issue for me. I appreciate them for being courteous and resolving this problem. Theyve earned my trust and business . Thank you I will be back.”

“Romo is my go to shop here in Charlotte. I have gone to them twice, and each time was beyond positive.
The first job I needed was a complete steering system replacement. Quoted me quickly and got the work done the next day. Quality craftsmanship as I have gotten a few comments on the new system from anyone who has been under this car. His price for the job was the best in town and he didn’t call me with additional add ons to jack up his profits. (Could be my car didn’t need other work at the time, but I feel like every other shop I go to tries hard to upsell me on work that is not needed)
The second was for an engine diagnostic (engine light flashes but goes away). When i went to go pick it up he discounted my diagnostic fee and then stood in the rain to talk to me about his findings. Romo is a classic gentleman who knows his craft. I definitely recommend his shop to anyone needing quality work at affordable prices”

“I had to do a car inspection and I was super pressed for time. There were a few people ahead of me. I went by around 10am after getting out the DMV. I was in and out in about 30 mins. The fee was super affordable and they do cash/debit. They also got these 2 amazing birds. Reminded me of being home , overseas . TRUST WORTHY people here 1000%. Really solid service. 1000/10”

“I use this place for general maintenance on my two cars. They are prompt and have been honest and fair with me for several years. One of the things I get twitchy about is when car maintenance places try to sell you extra stuff (wiper blades, etc) when you don’t really need them. They have never done this to me. I strongly recommend this place.
Edited to add: A few years back a family member was visiting from far away and had some strange noises from his brakes while traveling to us. The noises had stopped, but Mavis checked his car for him as a courtesy and found nothing wrong. The problem never came back, but my family member felt much more confident driving home after they checked it out for him.”
