We love Tiny Treasures! When we moved from FL we were worried to find another daycare that our toddler would love like his previous one, and we found the wonderful hidden gem that is Tiny Treasures for both of our kids (2.5 yo and infant). (Side note - we had our infant enrolled at another daycare for a few weeks until a spot opened for her, and it was the worst experience ever. This isn't our first daycare rodeo.)You're busy and looking at daycare reviews, so let me point out some things we love:- Ms Bonnie is the infant room is a true angel. She has SO many years of experience and it shows. She loves the babies so much and her presence is so calming. She's so attentive and accommodating to match their schedule as close to their home schedule as possible. Our daughter lights up when she sees her every day. They provide purees and table food as we sign off on it, allow us to bring in breastmilk, and are just the best as loving her.- They were so kind and accommodating when we started potty training with our son. They asked us what we had been doing at home so they can help support it at school. It helped my son be very successful because they didn't force their preferences on him - they let us take the lead and supported that.- Tiny Treasures has SUPERIOR reviews by the NC DHHS.- Melinda and Ashley care so much about their daycare, their staff, and their students.- The whole staff is friendly. They all know both my kids by name and greet them every day. They know me and my husband too and are just so welcoming and bright spirits every day.- I feel safety is a top priority. If my kids get any type of boo boo, a report is filed that we have to sign as parents, and depending on the injury, we get a phone call (although majority of them are self inflicted, because my kids are clumsy, but I appreciate the heads up). There are cameras all around the daycare that Ms. Melinda has pulled up in her office always. One day I thought I heard something weird, so I reported it to Ms. Melinda and within an hour she can looked at all the tapes, saw what happened, spoke to the teacher, and called me back to update me. Turns out it was nothing, but I appreciated her looking into it and updating me - high levels of transparency shows a high level of respect and care.Overall, this place and people are great.

I echo all of the other positive reviews! This is one of the kindest daycares we've worked with, and as foster parents we work with a lot of daycares! They have accepted our special needs foster child without batting an eye. They're fantastic with communication and especially with loving our littles! The director has worked with children for many years and has a lot of experience she's more than happy to share with us! The most helpful of these (recently) was how to help with potty training for developmentally delayed children. I'm blown away by their grace for parents and love of children. All of them. Highly recommend this CDC to anyone looking for a daycare in the area.Side note: All of the parents I've seen are incredibly kind too. :) We all wave to each other while we wait in line, smile, say hello to the littles, it's great!

Poor quality childcare. Im sure all the positive reviews were coerced! Very dirty trailer child care center. Children are being screamed at all day long. Teachers are not at all professional. Especially Ms becky. Melinda lets her run the place when she isnt there and she is extremely rude!

I am so shocked at how this facility has treated me. I talked to the director and was told that their was one spot left in the infants room. Went on a tour Monday and told them I wanted the spot. I even offered to put a deposit down and was told that wasn't needed. I can pay all of that once he starts on the 30th. The director even told me she would prorate the week for me. I called on Tuesday to let them know that the doctor said it will take 3 days to fill out the physical. The director told me it was okay that they would hold his spot. She even confirmed his name, but called me by a different name. I was unsure why she assumed I was Lashanna but I continued on, On Friday, my mother in law asked to go see the place, the director refused to come out and speak to us. On Monday I called and asked to speak to the director and she was very rude. She told me she didn't care what she told me they didn't have a spot for him. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment, and when I called to get that information I heard the director in the background saying don't give her any information. I understand you gave his spot to someone else but the rudeness was not okay. Business owners you got to do better in hiring these faces of your business. They can make or break them.UPDATE: I just got a call from the director threatening me to get her attorney involved cause I posted this review. She literally hung up on me and refused to give me any information but calls me back and threatens me. Wow!

I am so shocked at how Tiny Treasures Child Development Center has treated me. Keep in mind all Charlotte daycares have a waitlist until next summer so when I switched from virtual to working back in the warehouse I knew I might stumble on some difficulty. I talked to the director at Tiny Treasures and was told that their was one spot left in the infants room. Went on a tour Monday and told them I wanted the spot. I even offered to put a deposit down and was told that wasn’t needed. My son has eczema so his skin is super sensitive and we wanted to make sure that they understand the protocols (I’m going to assume this isn’t the reason everything turned left).
On today, I called and asked to speak to the director and she was very rude. She told me she didn’t care what she told me they didn’t have a spot for him. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I would love to speak to the owner of this establishment, and when I called to get that information I heard the director in the background saying don’t give her any information. I understand you gave his spot to someone else but the rudeness was not okay. Business owners you got to do better in hiring these faces of your business. They can make or break them.
I definitely don’t want my son to go to this facility and I’m happy this happened before I sent him. I just hope God places a better situation in our paths before maternity leave is over.

I am one of the one year old teacher, and I want to start off by saying why people try to destroy other people name and character? Tiny Treasures is an EXCELLENT childcare center. If you were a teacher and you saw one of your student climbing on the shelf do you let them climb or you stop him. No one grab nor snatched the child by the arm and the camera proved that and so did State. So all these false claims is really not necessary.

My daughter has had a wonderful experience at this facility! The owner and staff are extremely caring and loving with the children. This was my daughter's first childcare experience and staff were understanding and helpful during the transition.

This has been my kiddos' home away from home for many years. We've been to other centers, and none compare to Tiny Treasures. The people here love the kids, and it shows!

Tiny treasures is going above and beyond to keep our kiddos safe during the pandemic. I am so thankful to have found them and they take wonderful care of my twins . My children look forward to going to daycare and That is something they haven’t done with other centers . They are always smiling and happy when I pick them up too . The teachers and staff have been so kind. They always keep me informed on how their day goes and my son wears a hearing aid and they have been doing a wonderful job making sure he keeps it on . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this center .

My son started here when he was 8 weeks old. My husband and I visited several daycares in the area before choosing a place for our son to attend. When we toured, Ms. Becky was so kind and patient and answered all of our questions (and we sure did have a lot as this is our first child). I got the best feeling from them out of every place we visited and immediately asked to be put on a waiting list. I would drop him off early in the morning and Ms. Montana and Ms. Bonnie were always super sweet and welcoming. My husband picked him up in the afternoons and would talk with Ms. Mariah for awhile. He said our son and Ms. Sharon have a good relationship and she would call him “her little buddy”. When I would drop him off in the morning, the ladies would come from other rooms to say hi to my baby. During that horrible storm last year the power went out at the school I work at and my phone wasn’t charged. When I finally got ahold of a phone to call them, they were very reassuring and kept me up to date on all children’s safety. Since the pandemic in March my son has been home with me since I’m a teacher and can work from home. Now that they are starting back with in person learning, Ms. Melinda was very accommodating about working him in for childcare services when I needed them and has informed me of all the extra cautionary procedures they are taking to keep the kids and staff safe. They are all just so very sweet and I have nothing but good things to say about all their employees that I’ve come in contact with. Although I’m worried with the raising Covid cases in the county, I am excited for my son to get regular interaction with other children again.

I do not recommend this daycare at all! Staff is not helpful, The owner “Melinda” is VERY unprofessional. Workers are abusive to the children. It’s just not a good environment at all!

Amazing!!! These women are truly a blessing! My son loves everyone there and everyday when it’s time to go home he has to stop in every classroom to say goodbye to every teacher! It’s so adorable and I love that this has become part of our routine! He has learned so much from these women and I am so grateful to them! We love y’all!

This place deserves 6 stars! My little guy, Joseph, goes here and he comes home everyday with a smile on his face and can not wait to come back the next day. He has learned so much from the loving staff and they light up when he walks in the door. When I think of the best for my child I think of this place and I will keep him in their care for as long as I can.
