A must stop if you’re in Charlotte and want a good cigar. Craig Cass and his staff at all the Tinderbox locations in Charlotte offer great cigars and great customer service. The lounge is always clean and inviting, and the selection is top notch.

As one of the reviewers posted earlier, Tinder Box is one of the smallest cigar lounges ever. They have a commendable humidor and selection of cigars. The staff was great to include the watch dog. Many customers came to just purchase. That says alot to me.

What an amazing experience. My wife and I visited and had the privilege of meeting Craig. Hearing that this is a family business means so much. The personal attention was very appreciated and so helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Went here based on positive recommendation from server in local restaurant. Patrick is very knowledgeable about pipes, how they are made, the difference between types and pipe tobaccos. He is also very nice and professional.

Great place to pick up & enjoy a favorite or new stick (cigar.) the selection is amazing and the most knowledgeable and courteous staff in town. Friendly lounge with the most interesting people around. A must stop by place for all who want to relax with a great cigar!

Hidden under the mall, the place loses a star because of drink options, and also the room is too packed to have 15 chairs inside . And there is no heater it was 50f inside that smoking lounge

Davidoff I feel like I don't need to much else. But I will. They have a smoking room so you can enjoy your stogie asap. Prices are competitive and the selection is outstanding. Their only real competition are their other locations. It's that serious. There are several smoking clubs in Charlotte, but they don't offer the same array of cigars for sale. Tinder stands alone...

Truly a great cigar shop and lounge. Came all the way from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to this lounge. I am a big fan of the Deadwood Cigar brand and Daniel helped me choose a couple of line ups from the brand that surely did not disappoint. Not only was he knowledgeable, but well mannered. Now that is what I call customer service. If you don't have it, you don't have my business. Simple as that.
