If you're an LGBTQ+ youth in Charlotte, I highly recommend checking out Time Out Youth. It's a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you belong, no matter who you are.

A great place for any LGBTQA+ individual yo come and hangout, chill, play and just breathe. You can be unapologetically you here and to make everything better your name and pronouns are very much respect. So if you need a family away from family please come down. From Time Out Youth
Time Out Youth Center or TOY for short, is Charlotte's LGBTQ Youth Center serving LGBTQ Youth ages 11 to 20 with specialized programming and serving LGBTQ Youth 18-24 with housing support, in-center resources and counseling. Youth groups meet at different days and times so follow us on social media @TimeOutYouth on all platforms. TOY offers all services for FREE and is a 30 year old 501-c3 registered non-profit.
