The car wash was out of soap, which kinda defeats the purpose of paying at a car wash to wash your car. Also, $3 only gets you 4 minutes of time and the card reader didn’t work on the stall I was using. It also only accepts quarters.

I live locally. Haven’t been here in many years. And because of my experience today, I won’t be coming back . Besides being trashy, it’s also apparently woefully unmaintained.First, the bay located 2 stalls away from Grease Monkey did NOT put out wash pressure.Initially, the store manager balked at returning the $4 I put in the machine. I’M GLAD I VIDEOTAPED THE MALFUNCTIONING WAND PRESSURE.She told me a couple of the stalls are inop and they advise customers to initially put only $3 in their machines, just in case a refund was necessary. That’s funny! Because I saw NO signs whatsoever suggesting such advice.Nevertheless, the store manager kindly refunded my $4 in the form of quarters and suggested I use the stall directly next to the Grease Monkey. But, I heard no apology.I moved my car and attempted to do so. The problem is that the machine in ~that~ stall did not accept quarters because it too was malfunctioning. Back inside to stand in line again.The same store manager changed my quarters for dollar bills, ( STILL no apologies uttered). As I walked out, I noticed one of the bills she gave was TORN. I’m happy I discovered it before I got back to the stall. ?Did I forget to tell you no apology was uttered?After wasting 25 mins, I was finally able to wash my car with high pressure. However, as someone else noted in their review, the high pressure soap selection did NOT contain ANY SOAP. ?Don’t waste your time or money here. AVOID THIS CAR WASH!!

Shouldn't be legal. They know it doesn't work, they just hope you get tired of asking for more quarters.

Do not go there!
First the place looks broke down. Second the machine I had only register every 3rd quarter so I lost like $3 in quarters before I knew it. Third the only option that worked was rinse! Nothing else worked! So not only did it steal my money but the time I got I couldn't wash anything.
