I ordered a necklace as a gift for my wife. The order was placed a week before the event with fast delivery in 1 day. As a result, it hasn't even been sent yet. There's an event tomorrow morning and I'm left without a gift. you will have to go empty-handed. The support promised until the very end that they would deliver it on time, but in the end I was left with nothing. The money was not returned, the necklace was not sent. Delivery and support are terrible. They didn't help at all. Find time to visit the store in person. I didn't have time due to my busy schedule and because of this I was left with nothing.

Always an exceptional experience at Tiffany Southpark thanks to the warm yet professional staff! Me and my daughter are able to create special moments every time we visit. Most recently, we met and worked with Li Wren. She is wonderful!! I highly recommend:-) Thank y'all!!

Made my first purchase at Tiffany’s recently and had an absolutely amazing experience. The sales professional Maiya was extremely professional, very helpful and patient. She definitely made it an experience to remember! Will be back!

After looking for engagement rings at local jewelers, I just couldn’t find anything that I fell in love with. However, I had always dreamed of having a Tiffany’s engagement ring since I was a little girl, so we decided to make an appointment. I was very detailed when booking our appointment online (background, what I thought I wanted, budget, etc.) because I wanted to make the most out of the appointment since we live a couple of hours away from Charlotte. Li Wren reached out to me via email in the days leading up to our appointment back in August. When we got to the appointment, she had everything ready for us and had exactly what I wanted already picked out. After we made a decision on one, they brought out champagne to celebrate. I cannot thank Li Wren (and everyone else at Tiffany’s) enough for making this experience so easy and special for us. My fiancé finally popped the question this weekend, so I figured I would go ahead and leave this review with some pics!

All that glitters are not gold. Tiffany and Co. is a good example of that saying. They will clean your credit card after you pay for the high end purchases, but they will deny after they made visible deep scratches on a starling silver baby comb during cleaning. Not only that. They even asked for money ($50) to do a buffing polish without ensuring that the scratches will go away. This is unbelievably bad experience from a brand like Tiffany. We are more shocked by the way they denied their responsibility. We have pointed that the small piece of cloth that they were using to rub on the comb was so dirty, it turned into black stained everywhere like a cleaning cloth used in a car garrage. I don’t believe that Tiffany & Co. cannot afford cleaner piece of cloth to clean products worth hundreds or thousands of dollars.We don’t recommend this store.

We have been loyal Tiffany’s customers for years. We have several pieces of Tiffany’s jewelry. We have always taken our jewelry into the Tampa store in the International Mall for years with no problem, they always check the pieces in and call when it’s ready. We are currently in South Carolina for a while. So we took our jewelry to the Charlotte Store, upon walking into the store really didn’t get a warm greeting like the Tampa store. But no problem, we tell them we want our jewelry cleaned, they say we can clean it while you wait, we were surprised because normally the Tampa store would check it in. So the staff clean the jewelry and three days later it turns, so I call the store and explain, they offered to send a self address label to have it returned and cleaned, I had to go to Charlotte in a week or so anyway. I return and engage the manager on duty and she wasn’t very friendly and customer service oriented. Her comment was that maybe the first time they didn’t clean off all the solution, I explained to her that I was very disappointed because I had never over all the years we have had our pieces had them tarnish so quickly. So the jewelry is cleaned again, it tarnishes again within a week. I contact Tiffany’s customer service and explain everything to the representative and also let him know I think they have damaged our jewelry, because it has never looked like that before and turned so quickly. He tells us they will clean & get the jewelry back to looking like it should or replace it if it’s damaged. So we mail it in the package that was sent. In a few days we get email saying they are charging us for the cleaning & polishing. I was so disappointed, I called and then they said would give me a discount, but I still had to pay. Never before had I had a problem like that until I took it to Charlotte and when I spoke to the representative, I was told something totally different. The reason we shop at Tiffany’s is for the long heritage and quality service and products. I would not be expected to be treated like this by Tiffany’s, if it was Ke**, Ree**, or some other local mom & pops jewelry store I would understand, but to receive this type of service from Tiffany’s and we have been a loyal customer for years is very disappointing and disheartening.NOTE: Take a look at all the low reviews, none of them have been addressed, but the good reviews are acknowledged…all I can say is interesting ?

So I received a Tiffany necklace as a gift and two weeks in the chain broke; happens. I called the Charlotte NC store and they said I could mail the necklace to them and they would give me an exchange, great! Bill from the store called me today so say they received the necklace and proceeded to tell me he needed a payment for $1.00 for the difference of the tax. Seriously??? A company like Tiffany asking a customer for $1.00. Very disappointed... so I just checked my account and I was charged $1.75. on hold for Bill and he's with a guest of course. Shame on you Tiffany's! So then after holding and being passed around I speak to a manager Hillary, no help there. According to Bill I misunderstood what the charge was going to be. LOL! I will have my boyfriend return the purchase. I want nothing from Tiffany's again. Horrible service!!

Wore my necklace 3 times and it turned brown! For all that money I was so dissatisfied. The manager told me it’s normal but I don’t think a real silver necklace does that after 3 times of wear and no water contact. Not buying again for the quality…

Ms. L. Wren was an amazing sales professional during my last visit and helped select the perfect valentines day piece. I felt a warm inviting connection as we conversed about her involvement with the local choir here in Charlotte and look forward to seeing them perform! 10/10 recommend shopping here!

I’ve been here a few times over the past 15 years. All of my items are still thriving. I have gotten my necklace fixed once and it cleaned multiple times. Service is always great.

If you pay Cash for something and decide to return it, Tiffany's will not give you cash back. They will only mail you a check. Poor company to do business with. Will shop elsewhere.

Rude representative in the store…she didn’t even offer to order an item that was unavailable in store but I called and spoke with a gentleman that was professional and excellent…ordered the item so my rating is at a 3 to balance his 5 and her 1 out! Edit: now that I am reading the reviews, it looks like this is the norm for your location which is not good service!
