8700 Pineville-Matthews Rd #900, Charlotte“I love this place. Everything is classy, trendy, and prices are fair. Great to bring my gently used items and receive store credit or cash with a purchase discount same day.”
10AM - 5PM
127 Stetson Dr, Charlotte“I personally didn’t find anything that I needed but I will definitely be back. Very well organized, clean and the most important part; very reasonably priced. I was surprised it’s pretty hard to get all of those qualities in a thrift store nowadays. Can’t wait to come back and support them.”
“I went here yesterday for the first time, and was so impressed!! The staff was so incredibly friendly, and the selection far exceeded my expectations! I found two pieces of furniture that I love, and they went out of their way to help me maneuver the furniture to fit in my car, which I definitely couldn’t do without them! This might just be my new favorite thrift store in Charlotte, and I can’t wait to go back and find more treasures :)”
“Bought an xbox 360S here. It’s been working great, and it was only $60. I’ve come back several times to buy games and all of them have been in great condition, and at a good price. The place constantly gets new stock in it seems, and sometimes you can find some truly rare items here (though the really rare stuff is often much more expensive)”
“Called with questions about their service. Nancy was extremely pleasant and patient in her overview and answering of my questions, even though everything is detailed on their website. I sensed she had a customer in the store that she was also helping, so appreciate her multi-tasking me in with top-tier service. Had a good vibe. Hope to visit in person or do business.”
“I love going to Great Things!!! I can always get an outfit with matching bag, shoes, jewelry, jacket, coat or hat. The other thing that makes Great Things special is the staff! They are the greatest and sweeties bunch of ladies and will help you if they can. I guess you can see I LOVE GREAT THINGS???”
10AM - 7PM
1011 Central Ave, Charlotte“Only leaving 4 stars because of the way they tag their clothes. I just recently came in and selection was awesome and they had MANY great brands, I even ended up finding lulu. I would have left without A LOT more but I had to put many pieces back because they staple the tags into the clothes and I knew I would be unable to take the tags off without leaving a hole in the clothes so just keep that in mind if you plan to shop here.”
“I had to take my daughter to get a last minute physical in order to start Kindergarten. I was not expecting to get an appointment right away, but they were able to see her in less than 10 minutes! Everyone was so kind and I couldn't believe how fast and thorough they were! Thank you so much Camino Health Center!”
“Not a lot of jewelry but we did find several pair of earrings and a necklace. Not a lot of plus sizes, and the arrangement by color means it takes longer to shop. There were lots of Ann Taylor Loft and Talbots items and I did pick up a few shirts and dresses. The most expensive item was $15.95.”

5808 University Pointe Blvd, Charlotte“we found these funny pants ?? but seriously they’re always nice here, i think this is the best goodwill i have ever been to. their clothes are organized by color/ style and they have a great selection. i would HIGHLY recommend you to check out this place ?”

9015 J M Keynes Dr #5, Charlotte“The atmosphere is always pleasant & affordable for what you're looking for. The luxury items are authentic with a certificate of authenticity. Visit! You won't regret it!!!”
“Really good neighborhood thrift store on Monroe Road. Great books and clothing and housewares. The staff are amazing and are a wealth of knowledge. They have sales frequently. Its all Greek all the time. Bought a brand new NFL salute to service Jersey for just a few bucks. If you thrift, this is your spot.”
10AM - 6PM
3326 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte“I like to browse the store to see what catches my eye. Not really a place you can count on something being there that you are looking for. The sections are well labeled and organized. The items are fairly clean. The prices on most items are decent.”
“What a gem to find! Now I'm not a fan of the process for used goods, but- they do have some really good finds. More clothes & scarfs. I enjoyed finding 3x & 4x pieces. Some things I returned to the track bc price wise I felt it was overpriced, regardless of the quality. I still feel if you are looking for some good coats, blazers, blouses or dresses/suits this is a good place to start all sizes.”
10AM - 9PM
2905 Mt Holly-Huntersville Rd, Charlotte“The store was clean- and we had to wait a few minutes for an employee to come to the cash register. I would recommend a bell at the register on slow days to alert the team that someone is ready to checkout”
“I love this store! I have found so many high end things here and always got a great buy. Its super clean and helpful. I'd like to add that I have shopped in this store for years and as I saw some of the negative reviews left, I honestly believe they are fake. Sometimes someone may get upset with a business because they didn't get their way so they have others leave bad reviews. I honestly can not imagine anyone in this store acting negative. I felt like I needed to share that about this business because I really love shopping here. Respectfully Yours, Katherine”
“I visited this location with the grand. She found some pullovers, sweatshirts, and t-shirts for school. She was thrilled, and I was happy she learned to shop without spending much money. Besides, she has no money, and this trip put a small dent in my pocket. We arrived late afternoon, and there were still many clothing options available.”
“Several rude workers however if you get past them you can find some wonderful bargains and some very good pricing on things that are very nice to have. For the past 3 days I've gone in there and for the past 3 days I've had bad service but you have to write it up to human nature. Some people just don't know how to act.”
“I want to thank everyone that donated their holiday items at the Balantyne Goodwill off Lancaster highway. It was a wonderful sight to see how goodwill employees displayed your trees, center pieces, pillows, wreaths cones, table settings, bells, ribbons, wrapping papers, candle holders, candles, trees decorations, and tree topping. Every employee was always willing and ready to work hard for the holiday keeping the shelves fully stocked . ThankYou Goodwill for helping me be able to have an amazing holiday display. Can't wait to see what’s on your shelves for 2024 .See ya next year ❤️”
“Pretty alright Goodwill. It seems like there is a lot of turnover of the books, DVDs, and clothing so if you revisit you're not just seeing the same stuff again and again. They did get rid of the fitting room which isn't good though.”
“Very nice location! Store offers a huge selection with a mix of great prices and quality merchandise. If you are prepared to do some digging, you may strike gold! Very nice staff as well.”
“The gentleman with the funky eyebrows and Billie Eilish hair is adorable! He was super helpful as some of you may know Goodwill does not give plastic bags. He helped me carry my large purchase to my car, and just overall great service! I appreciated the genuine kindness because I know he did not have to do that.”
“High traffic, easy in and out, but we've got to get the people outside the spot some goodwill gear, instead of the normies clothes they are wearing with dirt stains.”
9AM - 6PM
1133 N Wendover Rd, Charlotte“Great prices for a great cause! I volunteered at this ReStore on a Saturday morning with Habitat Young Professionals, and I loved the experience! We were pricing, organizing items on shelves, and helping unload donated items. After the shift, I went shopping! There are so many treasures including furniture, dinnerware, tools, and even jewelry. If you recently moved or are just looking for something new, definitely worth a stop to see what you find. The popular items fly off the shelves, so a lot of it is just luck of timing - which makes finding something you love that much sweeter! Proceeds go toward supporting Habitat for Humanity's work, so you feel even better about your purchases. Highly recommend checking out the book store + coffee shop next door as well.”
“I absolutely love this store I always always find something and so does my granddaughter everyone is so nice and so kind if I don't have anywhere else to go we going to the jackpot me and my grandbaby”
