The white guy who works in back with the hot and cold foods, he needs to be more sanitary and friendlier. I’ve seen him mop the floor with plastic gloves and use those same gloves to attempt to make a sandwich. I kindly declined. Not too friendly either. Please use BOTH plastic gloves when preparing food please. Why is it also that it takes forever to be helped? I could be standing there and would not be helped for several minutes although they are standing g right there.

Best rotten eggs I've ever purchased. The cookies looked yummy, topped with live flies for extra protein. No line at the deli counter, the white gentleman was fist feeding himself to double check the freshness before packing selections up for the customer. I did not know we had modern day food tasters. No line at checkout. Was an easy trip, even got front row parking as if no one knows this gem exist.

1 star shouldn't even be an option. Earlier today my wife bought 3 dozen oysters from this location. Upon shucking them for dinner we found that every one of them was foul and many were dead/open in the bag, contaminating the rest.
Even worse, when trying to submit my complaint online for a refund the submit button doesn't work, not allowing to complaint to go through.

If I could do less than one star, I would. I bought 3 dozen Oysters earlier today and practically every single one was bad. There was at least 3 dead Oysters in each bag, and all of the others tasted foul from contamination. I've bought from this location before and it's always been good, but today was inexcusable.

I had a horrible experience in this store, and I won't be back, that's for sure. The white guy who worked in the hot food section around 2:00-3:00 PM 7-28-2024, along with an older lady, had the worst attitude I've ever encountered. I was shopping for an instacart order, and looked to him for help with making sure the items were correct. Again, I was new to the store, and I wasn't familiar with the hot food section. He was extremely rude and nasty. He made it seem like it was my fault. He was a fresh market worker. Any time someone asked him something, he would give a snarky or rude response. I asked him about the sides, "we're out of that" in a rude tone, my partner who was with me asked him where the corn muffins were, because again, I've never been in this store, and this was for a customer and I pride MYSELF on having GOOD customer service. He rudely pointed to them. My partner was also taken back, and wanted to confront him, but for the sake of time and our peace, I said "don't bother". And then a lady came up and asked about the chicken. He goes "IT'S RIGHT HERE MA'AM". I couldn't believe how rude this man was, it was almost like we were in a TV show. I could've cursed him out, and gave him the same nasty energy right back, but I chose to leave because I couldn't deal with HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to call and file a complaint, but no one answered. Do better fresh market, and train your employees on how to have great customer service, and if they're going to be rude, then they should stay HOME!!

The young man who was the cashier (wearing glasses and a black mask) was very disrespectful with his comment to my fiancé and I during the checkout experience. His comment of, “The transaction did not go through as EBT” was distasteful. It was especially unnecessary, unprofessional, and flat out rude considering the transaction was a DOOR DASH order. We will NEVER return to this location based on the cashier’s ignorance. We were also looking forward to patronizing this location being that my fiancé is a chef and Fresh Market is his favorite grocery store. The experience was just repulsive. Hopefully, Mr. Brad P. (the manager) will be able to train the staff on addressing customers in a more professional, respectful, and positive manner.

No one ever answers the phone it gives you only option 2 to speak with someone and it just rings. Each time I call no one answers so I drive up to answer my question and sometimes it's a waste of 40 min round trip to find out a simple answer. The strawberry hill store is awesome though this location needs help.

Love your store, just wish more of your take and make food was gluten free. Your gluten free frozen pizza was wonderful, I've been mourning it being gone from your stores. Please help out us celiac with more choices. Please.
