This place purchased my phone for 290 and sold me a iPhone 12 Pro Max for 300 after trading in. NOT ONLY did the screen die out, they replaced that free because I had warranty turns out the phone was jail broken and couldn’t update. I went back to get my money back WITHIN the warranty period and they offered me “290” for it. Spoke in a language I’m fluent in like I wasn’t behind my back. Don’t buy phones from this place.

I bought a tempered glass for my iPhone. The next day I noticed scratches on it. All from my keys are objects within my purse. I never even dropped my phone ( which is what I was worried about). These “tempered glass protectors” are not even as strong as the iPhone glass itself. I would suggest that you keep looking elsewhere. Edit: if this is not “you” than you are part of a scam in luring people to this store. Why not report to Google maps? I went to this location under this pretense that was false.

My husband went in a week ago to get his iPhone 12 Pro Max screen fixed and they fixed it. They charged $275 + tax. A week later (yesterday) the LCD screen cracked. He went back in today to have them replace it due to this not being his fault. They told him they would give him a discount ($250) to replace it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Eddie, was super slammed when we arrived tonight. Watched over 5 people come in to ask questions about not only phone repairs, but even the cases. Regardless of his hectic work load, he had the patience to help each and everyone of us. So thankful he was able to squeeze me in, my phone is now working perfectly.

Trust the man! I was ready to drop $70 to have my charge port replaced and he was like nope...hold on....its just pocket lint. Its hard to find a repair person you can trust, but you got one here!

My son is pad charger was stuck inside called Apple give me 4 days waiting to get appointment also squak. On Best Buy I called The fix in north lake this young guy was AMAZING he told me bring it to him 2 se onda later he fixed it…. THANK YOU so much ?

It is SUPER unprofessional to charge $125.00 one month for fix a cracked screen and then the next time, less than 5 months of visiting, you say the price is now $130.00. I know its only $5.00 difference but It is the principle of the matter. And also to denying that you Quoted me $125 the last time that I was in there is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not gonna make up a lie for five dollars, come on now, very unprofessional. I will never go back. There are way too many others in this city that can help me with SET PRICES. I seen one of your replies to another review that gave you a 1 star and I observed how you all immediately became defensive . Please don’t try that with me because I am being kind by not saying the description of who assisted me!

They repaired my cracked screen for the second time. This is always my go-to spot for screen repairs and phone cases. Additionally, they were able to repair a laptop for me as well. Top notch quality and excellent customer service!!.

I needed my daughters iPad (7gen), that I purchased in September 2020, cracked screen fixed (Apple was basically trying to make me purchase a new one). The Fix was everything, convenient, not over priced, and knowledgeable. He is affordable which was most important! Check them out!Thank you for everything!
