Shopping in a cosmetics store is out of my comfort zone, but I promised to get something for my lady while out running errands. Victoria, the manager greeted me, made me feel at ease and helped me find what I was looking for. A very nice experience. I didn't feel like a stranger in a strange place. The store has a nice vibe to it and you can immediately notice that Victoria and the staff are there to gladly assist you in making the right selection. I totally recommend you shop at The Cosmetics Company Store @ Charlotte Premium Outlets.

Great selection and prices. bought Too faced born this way foundation but when I got home I realized it says Born Like This. Obviously they are selling fake name brand products because born like this foundation doesn't exist.

Nicole was so attentive and genuine. She found the perfect concealer and foundation for me (and the prices are so amazing it almost feels illegal) I can honestly say I will never shop anywhere else for my makeup products again. Amazing staff and atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier ♡☆♡☆
