Amazing meat! The staff is very kind and there are products being sold from locals which is amazing advertising for them. The bakery products are delicious. I 100% recommend everyone gets their meat here because even the meat is locally sourced

PHENOMENAL meats, signature spices, fair prices and OUTSTANDING service. We make the trip to Charlotte from Hampton VA just to see these guys and restock our freezer. If you are local, we are jealous!! Don't sleep on these folks, you won't be disappointed!!

We ordered a beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner. It was the one of the best pieces of meat we have ever cooked. So tender, perfectly seasoned and wrapped. Excellent quality!

What a great first experience. I'm near Lake Norman and couldn't find anyone to assist with my last minute request. I called and Ethan answered all my questions and was able to get my request taken care for the very next morning. 3 days before Christmas. Arrived and it was just as asked and the entire staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!

Was quite disappointed by the gorgonzola & artichoke cheese spread. I purchased first on Saturday, brought it home, we ate it and it was so delicious! So much as I was passing by on Monday and decided to stop in and get another tub. Not sure what changed in 2 days, but this batch tasted awful. I thought it just needed to be stirred up, but that was not the case. It was like somoene sat it out somewhere, and it got to room temperature, and then tried to refrigerate it again. Had to throw it out. I guess I'll buy straight from the source next time.I've not had a problem with any other products and will continue to shop here.

We asked for skirt steak which was not in the display case. The butcher said he had some skirt steak in the back and brought out and packaged it for us without showing the meat to us. Unfortunately, when we grilled it today, it was obviously flank steak not skirt. We will not shop here in the future as a butcher would know the clear difference between the two cuts. Buyer beware!

Beware: Butcher's Market mislabels their "Prime" meat. I purchased what I thought was 2 prime ribeye's for $75 dollars for our anniversary. When I opened the package I had received 1 ribeye and what I assumed a choice cut of New York Strip.
Mistakes happen, but the level disrespect from the "manager" and butcher was immense. I came in the next day and showed the manager the picture and told him that I did not receive the ribeye that I purchased. He agreed that picture looked like a NY strip and called the butcher over who called me a liar and tried to tell me it was a ribeye. I asked him if he could taste the difference between and strip and a ribeye which he responded of course. I told him that it was a NY strip and that I also could tell the difference. The butcher and manager respond with weIl we are not going to do anything about it.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and will never come back.
