Best Barre in the area. They have drop in options as well as packages. I tried it twice and both instructors were great, even they corrected my posture a couple of times. The class lasts around 45 minutes.

What a beautiful, friendly, clean studio! Everyone is so welcoming and the staff is so talented and sweet! I've been doing The Bar Method for many many years, but am new to the area - this studio does not disappoint!

Loved the experience. I signed up for the 2 week unlimited special, and it was great. I'll definitely sign up for more classes in the near future. The instructors are motivational and encouraging. The atmosphere is refreshing. I could see muscle definition after my 2 weeks. So very effective!

I took my first class at Bar Method in SouthPark 4 1/2 years ago, and 750 classes later, I am so glad I did! The owner (Autumn) and all of the instructors make it such a welcoming and joyful place to work out. The community of other bar-goers is so supportive and caring, too. Although the moves are challenging, the stretches following each segment leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed. By going 3-4 times a week, I have been able to maintain all of the strength and flexibility I developed as a young dancer, as well as build lots of muscle tone. This has truly become my "happy place", and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try a wonderful fitness routine!

I've been attending the Bar Method South Park studio since they opened their doors almost 4 years ago and of my favorite things about the workout is that I am still challenged in every single class. Before finding Bar Method, I was never one to stick to workouts but the community the Bar Method has formed motivates me to stay on track.My absolute favorite thing about the studio is the staff. I'm a regular at the 6 am class and I absolutely love starting my day with the positive energy Grace and the instructors bring. If you've been thinking about jumping in and trying a barre class, this is the place to do it!

Joining Bar Method was the best decision I made for myself. I did a trial month and after just 2 classes, I was hooked ! I am stronger, more flexible and energized, than I had been in years. Getting older & having early signs of osteoporosis already, I know the importance of building stronger muscles to support my bones, and doing Bar is giving me the results I need- I love it ! The instructors are amazing, always making sure we are in our best form for the safety of our bodies and the best results. My new friends at Bar are awesome too. We all support each other, music is great, we laugh and are always looking forward to our next class ! Thank you Autumn, Jenny, Jennell, Laura, Evyn & Lindsay for always challenging me and keep me coming back to hit my goals !

I can't say enough good things about The Bar Method - SouthPark. I am NOT a worker-outer, but being that I'm in my (eek!) mid-30's, there's no better time to start! From the moment you meet Grace at the front desk, you know this is a good place. She's wonderful. I've taken multiple classes with Jenni, Kara and Laura and they are equally fabulous. I've been to about 10 classes now. They were all so nice to me in the beginning, showing me how to appropriately do everything. And NOW, they motivate me to work harder. I love The Bar Method - I feel like it's a workout that I can actually stick with! And an added bonus - everyone else I've met there (other worker-outers) are all really nice too! :)

I've never had a gym membership, or exercised in the morning...until I discovered Bar Method. I'm so grateful to have found this community! The studio is bright, inviting and clean. The instructors are super fun and challenging and tailor the exercises to all levels. I love Bar Method!

I love this workout. Not only does it keep my clothes fitting well, but it has improved my posture, balance and flexibility. Even when I was a child I couldn’t get close to a split stretch - now a couple of years in at the Bar Method and I am almost there (and definitely closer than I have ever been). The instructors are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

Bar Method has been such a game changer for me! I used to dread working out and now I look forward to it every time. I've been attending classes for a little over two months and have already seen myself growing stronger every day. The staff and instructors are so nice and welcoming, and they get to know you by name right from the start. Love this studio so much and I'm so thankful I found it!

I highly recommend the Bar Method Waverly! I have tried several types of exercise over the past 30+ years, and I have never seen results as quickly as I have here. The staff and instructors are warm, welcoming people, as are the fellow students. The classes are challenging, and this is not the type of exercise that gets easier over time. It will continually challenge you and help you grow to be your best self. Often, the classes feel more like small group training. I’m so glad I found this place to workout!

I never thought I would find an exercise that I could not only see myself continue going to, but actually look forward to going! And I'm a frequent 6am goer. I am NOT a morning person but this gets me up and excited to start my day. The entire team is so kind and welcoming. All the amazing women and men I have taken classes with are encouraging. It's truly a community at Bar Method. The burn I feel in these classes has no rival and I always leave feeling stronger and energized. If you are on the fence and have always wanted to try a barre class, DO IT. You will not regret it.

After six amazing years at Crossfit I switched to Bar Method after a back issue. After 8 months, and 100 classes, my abs and back are the strongest they have ever been. This class is no joke It is hard, but doable, and continues to challenge me every day. The community is amazing. Come join an awesome group!

I have taken Bar Method classes at various locations up and down the east coast for about 6 years. It is by far the best, hardest and safest workout I have found. The Charlotte South Park and Wavery studios are some of the best as well. There is a strong sense of community and the instructors always ensure you get the best and safest workout with hands on corrections to make sure your positions are correct.
