We came into a pinch to get our taxes done because our previous tax preparer for the past 15 years was not returning our phone calls. As soon as we contacted Kurt, he was very understanding and willing to help. Once we sent him our paperwork, he got started on our taxes right away and in less than a day they were done. He was very thorough and accurate with organizing the details of our financial information. Very professional and communicative. We plan to keep using him in the future and trust he will continue to do a fantastic job!

I would leave no star if there was an option! There is no reason this company is still up and running. After using Mr. Mickerson for 3 years you would think I have learned my lesson. He has done NOTHING he said he was going to do, leaving me to pay on things that should have never even been an issue, even as far back as 2016. The communication here is nonexistent, you cannot reach Bob or anyone helpful from this company via phone or email anytime of the day. Only time you will hear from them is when they are wanting you to set another appointment. There’s a reason all of these negative reviews are posted online. Would be better off going to H&R Block the way this company is ran.
I could never recommend these services to anyone, and as of 2018 am no longer a client.

Tax Pro 1000 has prepared my tax returns for several years and we really appreciate Mr. Kurt's expertise, professionalism & knowledge.
