Definitely one of the less well-run locations. Items are often mislabeled or out of stock, online orders often have cancels, there is always, always a wait at checkout. It’s usually faster at Walmart and the selection there is better.

They refused to sell me a bottle of Prosecco because I had a French passport and not an American ID. This is called racism , target needs to review their policies. I will never come back again in Target shop

SAFETY RISK and more…I was in this store as I frequently am, just two days ago. After paying for my things at the very first checkout station I proceeded to walk past the other checkout areas and out the door. When I got to the last one and closer to the exit, this person, who is a target employee and occupying some sort of cart semi darts out in my direction while on this cart (or either she just pushed it in my direction), getting to close to me for comfort. So I said to her, “don’t hit me now”. She didn’t respond, nor did she say, “heads up, excuse me, just one minute sir or anything of the like when she initially darted out.Not sure if she has/had a personal bias toward me, racial bias, feels she has/had something to prove or what her personal issue was, but that’s definitely not a business protocol gesture. Whatever her issue is, it’s definitely personal because I know for a fact Target does not teach that in their training/orientation program. It’s on none of the videos they have to watch, nor is it in the handbook or paperwork they require you to read and in some cases fill out. I temporarily worked at a Target just a couple years ago.The same night and about ten minutes after it happened I walked back in the store and reported it to the manager. He said that he knew who I was talking about, apologized for it and said he would “talk to her”, whatever that might mean. However, I’m not even concerned with an apology and she needs to be put back in warehousing to work or given a temp or permanent leave. As much as you may want to justify and excuse her action, there is no justifiable reason for it. She knew exactly what she was doing. In her mind she waited for an opportune time to try and carry it out. If you ask her she would say, “I’m a grown adult” and again, Target doesn’t advocate such behavior. Therefore I have no capacity to accept “sorry”. It’s either do what’s right or people will do what’s wrong. There is no gray area.Sincerely,

I found a cup today on the shelf and at checkout there was a message that the item couldn’t be sold until 12/31. The manager said she couldn’t override, which is totally understandable. However, when I asked her to hold the cup for me (considering I did find it on the shelf), she said they can only hold items for 24 hours. Basically something was on the shelf, which was their mistake, and she wasn’t willing at all to work with me. The least she could do is say “oh my goodness, I’m so sorry that this happened. To ensure that you get the item since it was in your hands, I’ll be more than happy to hold it for you until 12/31.” That would have been so thoughtful and kind. She did ask my name as she briskly walked away (I’m not sure if she saved the cup or not). I know this is a busy season and sometimes there are rules … it just would have been nice if she was kind and more willing to work with me :/ *The cup also had a scratch on the lid brand new.*

Read your receipts! I have had issues with this store over charging for many items. Sometimes the “sale” price doesn’t even apply. Just today, we bought a toy for my daughter. It was supposed to be 19$ and it rung up as 35$. Very concerning

This used to be my preferred Target, but ever since Target corporate decided to have employees stock during business hours, it’s become impossible to access product. A few weeks ago I went in to buy 3 specific things, and each of them was fully blocked by restock carts that a) did not have an employee anywhere nearby and b) could not be moved (I tried and one nearly tipped over, and the other two were inexplicably jammed into the shelves in a way that they wouldn’t budge without taking out everything on the shelves).I gave up and ordered all 3 items from Amazon w/ same day delivery while I was in Target, and left. If I need something from Target now, I’ll either order online or go to midtown - they seem to have a better process (carts are left out but are smaller and can be moved to access shelves).I also repeatedly have placed a pickup order and had almost the entire order (last time it was 5/6 items) canceled because their stock was wrong. I totally understand that this happens sometimes, but repeatedly happening (again for almost the entire order) at a store that has specific offers for drive-up/pickup that aren’t available for shipping or in-store is pretty frustrating.

I use Target drive up religiously! They are quick, always right, and so friendly! I love the new Starbucks feature as well!
