I just did a drive up order and was screamed at by a hostile employee named James. He said to go ahead and complain as he was a team leader. I can't imagine how someone with such horrible people skills and aggressive behavior would be working in a frontline, customer service environment. As a paying customer who spends copious amounts of money at that store and likewise a human being deserving of common courtesy and respect, it's pretty pathetic to receive such treatment. I called and complained to target customer service which took an additional 30 minutes of my time and tried three times to contact the service desk at the store only to be hung up on every single time. This is unbelievable and truly POOR behavior on every level. Stores mismanaged like this don't deserve our business. Buyer beware!

Hey, I had gone to the vision center here at Target, and let me tell you. They have such a better eyeglass selection here than where I was originally going to. Glad I listened to my daughter and found a great pair of frames that fits my face perfectly. Right across from Northlake Mall, Charlotte NC.....

Drop the 10 items at self checkout limit. Self checkout was almost completely empty, no line, but because I had 13 items I had to go wait in regular checkout behind completely full carts. That's just silly. What could have been a quick in and out trip was doubled in time.

There is now a 10 item limit at self check and only one regular register open?? The sign outlining this is tiny and we had already waited in line and then a rude attendant told us 10 items only. So we took our infant and cart and sat in the one register line for an additional 15 mins. If you’re going to regulate self check out that closely….open more registers.

This store makes it so impossible to shop here. They no longer want to accept cash as payment. They only have one register open that accepts cash regardless of how busy the store is. The manager Shaquilla (sp?) was also extremely rude. They have offered Apple pay in lieu of cash. That is ridiculous! How is that a compromise? They clearly don't want me as a customer. But that's fine, there are lots of stores that would be happy to accept my hard earned CASH!!!

(Online customer services) For years I have shopped at this target without an issues. After placing an online order for pick up they split my items between two stores when all of the items were available at the northeast target. No one from customer service understood where I was coming from. They just wanted me to drive to the Target north location to pick up the remainder. This is very frustrating and a waste of time when all of the items were in stock at this location for pick up. No one even offered to look into why this happened in the first place.

Great experience! Clean environment, friendly staff, the products I needed were in stock. I would like to see more Afro-centric household items and clothing.

*RACIAL PROFILING* IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. CHRISTINE A WHITE CASHIER ACCUSED ME OF STEALING. MIND YOU I WENT THRU HER LINE TO PURCHASE ALL OF MY ITEMS. SHE WATCHED ME PULL EVERYTHING OUT OF THE CART. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. If you are Black you might want to go to another grocery store that is welcoming.

The renovations happening at this Target are making it almost unbearable to shop at. This is a Super Target and yet, most of the time I go they do not have in stock basic everyday items and many of the signs and prices are placed in the wrong order so you pick up something thinking it's one price, only to get to the checkout to see another price. The lack of inventory has gotten to the point where I have to do a lot of my shopping at many different stores including other Targets in the area like Midtown or University. This Target used to be convenient for me but I am considering no longer shopping there until the renovations are completed. Also, the workers stocking the store (especially early in the morning) can be very rude when you need something in an aisle their stocking as if you are inconveniencing them by daring to shop while they are stocking. I know retail workers aren't paid much, but this has happened so often at this Target and it is frustrating, especially considering how limited the inventory is and how little space there is to move around in.

Literally NO ONE offered to help me in the tech department. I talked to another employee, who called over, and still NO ONE even acknowledged me. There was one employee helping another customer, and the other employee was sitting down at a desk talking with another woman about clothes or something. I wasted my time and energy. So infuriating. Also this store is constantly in disrepair.

Choose a different target when placing online orders. “Drive up” is always closed and they say they are short staffed all the time. I’ve been sitting out in my car waiting over 3 hours to get a notification that my online order is ready, however I’ve seen numerous other people get their orders. I called numerous times and the line just hangs up. They tell me I can shop for the items and it takes 24-48 hours to return my money for the online order which I’m not about to do since I just spent over $150 online. They are about to close in a hour and still they do not have my order ready…. The one in concord had my order ready within a hour… The whole point of online drive up orders is not having to get out the car. They should have updated their drive up status before I placed an order…

Huge disappointment. Try another location or another store entirely. The pick mobile service is unorganized and scattered at best. They come ask for the code - then pretend that you actually picked up while you wait .. and wait. Then when they come out they try and check others in with their pickup code (again to make it appear you have picked up your items) and left a happy customer.Wait - Wait for your order before giving the code. Keep them honest. This is THE only location that has this tricky practice.

Stopped by your Starbucks location today and stepped up the counter. Your employee had her back turned and when she turned around to acknowledge me, I noticed that she was on her cellphone texting. She then asked me to wait until she finished! Needless to say I did not wait! There must be jobs for people like this in your backroom where they do not have to interact with the public!
