I slid through on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed and let me tell you this was hands DOWN the best experience and best crew members I’ve ever had here. Every person that was working on 11/19/23 at about 10am deserves a raise (special shout out to Emmanuel). They all had 10/10 personalities and were just fun to be around, not to mention how quickly and efficiently they got my oil changed and replaced both my cabin and engine air filter. Emmanuel was transparent about pricing the entire time and gave me different options each with a thorough explanation. This crew is amazing at their job and they all deserve to be recognized!!

My local Take 5 is great. They are always quick and professional and explain everything. I bring 4 out of my 5 cars here and they are all great. They don’t ever try to over sell anything to me and have me in and out quickly!

I have been going to Take 5 for several years. Every time I go the service is excellent. My last visit on 10/17/23 was to get the air in my tires checked. The person who helped me was awesome. He was very nice and made sure I didn’t have to wait very long. I will continue to use Take 5.Service: Tires

just nowNEWI went to the take 5 oil on Monroe rd for the first time and paid 110.$ for my oil change which was fine with me. As I was waiting I noticed the crew members were arguing amongst themselves. I got the oil change or so I thought paid and left after waiting 45 minutes in line. As I pulled off my oil light came on. I thought well maybe it will take a minute for the oil to register. As I pulled on my street I noticed my engine making a light ticking noise that it’s never done b4. I went inside ate dinner and realized I had missed 4 calls. I called the number back and it was the take 5 I had just left. They told me that they forgot to put the oil in my car and to drive back up there so they could do this. As I was waiting in line again I could hear the crew members still arguing about how the manager on duty that day was lazy and didn’t like to work to the point she didn’t realize she didn’t put the oil back in my car till after I had left. I asked them upon leaving what kind on compensation they could do for me for the mishap and she wrote 15$ off next oil change due to “didn’t add oil to car”. I normally take my car to the Honda dealership where I purchased it and only pay 70$ but didn’t feel like doing it that specific day. Seeing as not putting oil in my car could have cause the engine to throw a rod or worse I don’t feel like 15$ off 110$ barely covers it. The manager didn’t act like it was a big deal and tried to blow it off like it didn’t really matter. I definitely don’t recommend taking your vehicle here or any take 5 as the following day I sent the Take 5 corporate office a email and never heard back from them either. This incident occurred on 10-9-23.

Staff was great. I was greeted when I pulled in and a very polite person explained what to do an expect. Also offered some water while I waited in the line. They made sure they had everything needed before they called to drop the oil and then everything was a breeze.Service: Oil change

I have been going here for about a year and a half and the staff is always amazing! Super informative, kind, and providing excellent service. Quick and friendly service. I love Take 5 and their fast oil change process. Multiple employees came to check on me while I was waiting in my car, ensuring I had water and was doing okay. The crew was informative about my vehicle and even showed me a couple new settings I wasn’t aware of. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Said they couldn't do "economy" oil changes. Said they'd take $20 off the cabin filter, only took off $13. The whole atmosphere is as if you're interrupting a party in order to get an oil change, there's so much loud talking and abundant socializing amongst the staff. I asked for a transmission fluid check 3 times before they told me they couldn't do it. I have bees customer for years. I absolutely won't be going back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I love going to the Wendover location. The guys are so friendly they're really about their business. I'll be back I love friendly service. You guys need more handsome and friendly guys. Seriously they really are nice to talk toò. Nothing is fake about what I said. They also told me something I didn't know. I check my oil and add oil. They told me they're the ones that is suppose to add the oil if needed.

I’ve had the same experience twice now. Waited in line, was asked what service I wanted and told them I needed an oil change. Was directed into the garage bay where I then sat for ten minutes before anybody approached my car. When they finally did and I asked for the economy oil change, I was then told that they “couldn’t do that one”, and that I would have to get the full service synthetic change which costs significantly more money. It had happened at that same location months earlier so I asked when they’re going to be able to provide the economy service and was given a vague response about “when our oil gun gets fixed…”Seems like they just don’t want to provide the service because they want to make more money. If the “problem” had been persisting for months I would think it would be fixed OR that they would get a sign or have their employees make customers aware of the limitations when they first arrive in line. After waiting about an hour total to I obviously gave in and paid up for the more expensive package, and I’m really not happy about it.Service: Oil change

Dominique and his crew on 8/6/23 were amazing. Really professional young gentlemen. Prices getting more expensive but that’s everywhere. Been here a couple of times but this visit was probably the best due to Dominque and his team
