TAJ Essentials is amazing!!! I’ve only been twice, and each time I’ve come, it’s been almost closing time. Typically, at closing time, the help you receive in a retail store is very minimal. NOT at TAJ Essentials! Both times, they have given me the same service and courtesy as if they were just opening. Everyone there makes you feel like you are part of their family and very important to them. They take time with you to make sure your scent is just what you want. They add a little of this and a little of that until you are satisfied. They are very knowledgeable about their products so when you have questions they can make suggestions. You can also give them an idea of what you’re going for and they can help you create just that. The energy is amazing! And they don’t seem to meet a stranger. If you walk through their doors, you’re treated like family. If there was somewhere to sit, I’d hang out there. Maybe you guys can add a book nook. Lol. You will not be disappointed with your experience at Taj Essentials. They are a blessing and my family and I will gladly keep patronizing their business.

From the Owner, himself, to the staff, EVERYONE I encountered were friendly! I went there for the first time with my family. My wife and 3 kids. AS SOON AS WE OPENED THE DOOR they were saying hello and good morning to us! The whole experience seemed unreal, but it was real! With a loud voice I thanked them for everything, and wished them blessings as my family and myself made our purchases and left. This place is definitely worth the trip, and their oil products are very pleasant to smell. I highly suggest anyone checking them out!??

A most disappointing experience!
This place was recommended by a stranger but I had been looking for a place to purchase oil for a while so I was excited. Upon arrival around 1:15 p.m. the door was closed and locked in my face. A nice young lady stated that the store closes @ 1 on Friday for prayer, even though there more than five customers inside at the time. I was allowed in but had to rush but I was grateful not to have had to waste a drive. There are two fragrances that are my staples so it was a quick transaction, however, I was surprised the cost was double for a 4oz bottle. I wore the oil twice and noticed a difference from what I am used to. The aroma was not long lasting, at all. When I purchase real Muslim oil the fragrance remains even after laundry.
This is not it!
I returned to the store hoping to speak with a manager instead there was a woman with sores all over her arms questioning me as if she were going provide assistance. After touching all over my items, opening, and smelling the bottles she told me there was nothing to be done. No returns or exchanges. She could have lead with that! I don’t like to be played with and that is not how you do business.
Displeased would be an understatement.

World class customer service and top-tier quality oils!
I traveled from Lancaster, PA to Charlotte, NC to visit family. My family kept raving about the amazing products at TAJ!
I made sure to come here on my last day in town. I could smell the fragrance of the oils before I walked into the door!
I loved how the every team members had smiles on their faces. They referred to me by name or as brother, cousin, family!
Absolutely amazing vibe when you enter their space. It’s an awesome feeling and atmosphere. I already had a list of scents I wanted to find. The owners took their time letting me smell different scents. I wanted to buy everything! I was only planning on being there for 15 minutes and stayed for an hour.
I’m telling you, if they add a lounge area and start serving coffee, tea and food, you’ll never want to leave. The atmosphere and ambiance and vibe is amazing and holistic.
I made a second trip with one of my sisters and will definitely return when I’m back in town at the end of August.
I’ve aleady sent pics and videos of the store to other friends in my hometown and now they want to come back with me!?

I absolutely loved it! the service was fantastic and very welcoming! i loved how the girls there let us take our time to smell anything we were interested in and also gave us their suggestions. i would most definitely return when i’m in town again!

HUGE collection of essential oils and soaps that all smell amazing and work wonders!! The workers are also so friendly and have outstanding customer service considering the amount of customers they get. Definitely check this place out ??
