Absolutely great customer service team from Admir and JP and Manuel. Jp transferred all my old contacts and photos and info from my old phone to my brand new IPhone 15 and even let me hang out while charging the new phone so I was sure everything was working before I left. Super great team of people willing to help a customer be good before he went out the door. Recommend this store.

My IPhone 12 was damaged by a non functioning / damaged port which caused it not to charge .. was replaced under the Protection 360 plan Once I received it I needed the data transferred from my old defective phone to the replacement one .. Isha Little who has been with T Mobile for over 5 years was the BEST! She explained everything to me & was patient with me with my myriad of questions I had .. she also set me up with T Mobile Internet tower as well ! She is 5 stars for me !!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I walk in because we are considering transferring services from our current carrier for ourselves and our 3 sons. We currently have a plan with just four of us and wanted to add a 5th. So we go to T mobile to check out their senior plans and immediately Amir wants to up-sale us. He asks what we currently pay we tell him. He gives us a plan for 2 with all the bells and whistles i.e. Netflix and the like. He did not ask if we even watch TV or use data like that. It is a 55+ plan. My husband and I say no and ask for some other less expensive plan (we have done the research) Amir goes to the back and come back out and says "l can give you basic phone service for $100". My first response is, what do you mean? My husband is immediately turned off and gets up to leave. There was no attempt at customer service just a guess at what amount of money was in my wallet. Better to go online and deal with AI generated responses at least it does not come with malcontent and attitude.

They have three associates in the store and only one is helping customers. While the other two are in the back. I’m waiting for the associate available to go around from one customer to the other. And when I asked, why are the others not helping? I was told that one of them is a manager and that she doesn’t help customers which is mind blowing to me.Absolutely unacceptable

Went into this store on 11/7/23 @ 7:00 pm to get my new phone activated. There was one sales person helping a customer. I saw another sales person sitting at a table. I walked over to him and told him I wanted to get my new phone activated. I proceeded to open the box and take my new phone out of the box. This extremely rude sales person name Sebastian then said to me “so you want to transfer the data”? I said yes. He then said to me this could take 10 minutes or and hour and a half, depending on the phone and data. If this transfer goes beyond 8:00, the transfer stops….do you still want to continue with the transfer”? I then asked how long does it usually take. Very rudely he replied, “it depends”. I then asked him why he had such an attitude with me. He replied by saying, “I’m matching your tone” to which I replied, “excuse me?????”, your matching my tone?, What does that mean??. He then said, “I’m speaking to you the way you’re speaking to me, do you want to continue with the transfer?” I then picked up my phone and told him “absolutely not”!!! What horrible customer service he had and that he should learn how to speak to customers I then told him that his manager would be hearing from me and hopefully send him to a customer service class. It was very obvious that Sebastian was annoyed that I came into this store at 7:00pm to have my new phone activated. If you venture into this store, deal with anyone else but Sebastian. He’s awful!!!!!

Came in to get assistance with opening a new line for my child. John helped me with my service needs, making the transaction a simple and experience. He was patient and informative, educating me on the new line options and how my bill will adjust. The store was clean and well organized.

Personally, I’ll never deal w T-Mobile. My son switched to his moms plan w T-Mobile from my Verizon plan (not happy there either). To the point, was told at one location that the phone was perfect for a trade in. That was Matthews location. Took to this location and was told no. Phone has a tiny tiny chip in right corner. Took to SourceOne…which couldn’t believe T-Mobile wouldn’t take It..and paid $150 to have face replaced. Then, took back to T-Mobile for trade in and they still refused to honor the deal. Scam. Dishonest. May move all of us to AT&T.

This was the least helpful experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at a phone store.Every question was either a I don’t know, no, or literally the wrong answer.For exampleWhat color IPhone pros do you have in stock - response - I think we only have black - fast forward to getting the phone this lady looks at me and says I gave you purple.What if I didn’t want purple you don’t knowThen she comes up to me before I ever got my phone “btw we aren’t doing the data transfer” one I did not ask for this 2 girl do you mean sign into my iCloud I can do that.It was just really an annoying experience as a whole and I never leave reviews but I was nice the entire time but I just wanted to put this out there drive 2 more miles to the one off 485 .There was more and it took like so long because of it anyways I miss sprint

Avoid this T-Mobile at all costs. Not only can they not assist with account issues their attitude is revolting. “Drive 20 miles to the T-Mobile in Costco because we can’t help you.” Customer service is atrocious!!!

Seems like a lot of technical issues that need debugging. Staff tries hard, but while sitting there after consulting with an employee, I diagnosed one of my issues myself. First phone just had insane amount of problems. And after tons of hoops over couple of months the only fix was a replacement... Which I had to pay for. Honestly Verizon may have been more, but I never had any issues like this. I can almost tell you the employees schedules I was there so much.

Terrible experience, none of the associates acknowledge you, you just kind of sit and wait until they can be bothered to help. Crazy customer service.
