Cute gift shop. They have a lot of options for gifts. Perfect for birthdays or the holiday's. They actually do free gift wrapping if you buy the wrapping paper from them.

Not sure what has happened but things have changed. Dropped in to grab some CLT swag for an NYC colleague and was not greeted even once by the staff there (despite being one of only 3 in the store). Not sure what has happened to their southern hospitality. Between the cold sholder and the lack of merchandise, I will be gifting else where.

I just picked up my finished product, and I have never been so disappointed considering the $$$$ spent! As the professionals, no creative thought process was given at all. The personalization looks as if they just threw something together. I would not recommend them for any type of printing jobs. The novelty items they have in there are very cute though.

I love this place! Their associate, Meredith, is sooo awesome with her knowledge of products and her overall customer service. The items are good quality, reasonably priced, and diverse. Loved popping into this adorable gift store to cross off several people on my Christmas list! They have a wide variety of gifts at all price ranges, and they even offer free gift wrapping (a huge perk for a busy holiday shopper). Very glad to know this is right by my office near SouthPark Mall - I will be back!

This store has the best customer service I’ve ever seen! I was looking for a special stuffed animal for my niece, and Jada tracked one down for me and had it shipped to the Southpark store. — she really went out of her way to help. When I got to the store, everyone was so nice and I was amazed at all of the wonderful and unique items they had there. — I will definitely go back for myself. They have some really wonderful items.

Absolutely The worst place if you wanna get anything vinyl done or have any cards printed. The manager anne lost my cup that I needed in a week but she said it could get done. don’t even get me started on how it looked when I picked it up all the vinyl was already peeling off it was off centered and uneven very disappointed with the customer service here. Anne needs to be fired asap. She’s 100% the reason this store gets bad reviews and complaints.

This place is the Soviet moon program of custom stationary. The stationary (including our return address) had typos every single round - even after correcting the proof. And then, even after bringing the ones that were wrong again, back to the store! We literally ran out of time to send what they couldn’t manage to get right. Like the Soviet moon rocket, you can go visit the pitiable effort somewhere in what must be a massive Swoozie’s boneyard of failure.

This is a great store in Charlotte. I was a frequent shopper when it originally opened in Blakeney many, many years ago and sad to see it close but thrilled it came back to Charlotte. During my recent visit, the young sales associates could have cared less about waiting on me much less selling anything. Two employees were more interested in getting fairy hair than waiting on 3 customers that were in the store. I had to ask for assistance when I was ready to check out.

Extremely rude manager and associates! I've been a Swoozies customer for over 15 years, loved the store...just NOT the employees! Will be taking my business online only from now on. Customer service goes a long way, I own a retail business of my own, I should know.
