Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. I mostly worked with Juan but Adam (store manager) was also very kind and helpful. We started the process of designing online then went in store to see items in person. Juan walked me through the process and spent 1:1 time to make adjustments and provide guidance on the project. He was unbelievably patient with our questions and changes WITHOUT sales pressure, which is key. Equally the cost of the same exact brands at a boutique shop were significantly cheaper.
Bottom line, if you want to be woo'ed and spend more on a flashy presentation and do less leg work, Home Outlet won't be for you. But if you're willing to put some work in, head there. Honest guys, much less forceful, genuinely kind and knowledgable.

We found this store a most unique experience. The staff is both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They are not afraid to say "I don't know" which is quickly followed by "but I will find out". Then they do. The prices and product choices beat the "other" stores and they are glad to order what is not in stock. Go to this store.

I ordered a 84 inch h and 18 in wide two door cabinet and paid to have it delivered which it was not. I had to drive and get it then I get home with it and it's not even the right cabinet. It was 3 doors and missing my shelves I ordered with it. I called home outlet right away and told them the issue and Juan told me to return it and they would order a new one, he even showed me a picture to make sure he was ordering the right one. This took place 10/13/22, Juan said it would only take 8 weeks to get well I finally called them last week to find out where my cabinet was and spoke to a michael who said he had to investigate where it was and would call me right back. Well it's been 10 days and no call from Michael so I call back and get an Adam to talk to this time and he had to call me back while he investigated where my cabinet is. Adam called me back and said it won't be here until February, that's well over the 8 weeks I was told it will take and on top of it all they can't decide if it will be delivered even though I paid for delivery they made me come and pick up the first cabinet. I think with all this run around they keep giving me they should deliver it and besides I paid for it. Once I get my cabinet I will never return to this company they have the worst service I have ever received and all the run around you get from the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I hope people read this review and decide not to go to this company as I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the fate I have with this company.

Love the store and products. Mike, the salesman is a deterrent. He bombards you with his political beliefs, his enjoyment of shooting, the reasons he left New York (he didn't want to live with their ammunition limits) and the projects he has going on at his property. The most recent visit we were trying to order new cabinetry for a kitchen remodel. After I declined his offer to go in the back room to look at the cabinets he bought for his kitchen he got rude. He was so unhelpful and condescending-He didn't want to help with the layout, he didn't want to give me a visual rendering and finally said he would pass me off and they MIGHT be willing to give a rendering but only one. We took our business elsewhere and spent more money on cabinetry to avoid the hassle of dealing with him. Right on the desk it says they help design. What's the problem? He's rude. He makes me uncomfortable.

On August 12, 2022, I had a pipe burst under my sink that caused significant damage to my kitchen floor, cabinets, living room and bathroom floor.The first company, I used that was referred by my insurance company, took too long to move forward. This prompted me to find another company, and I was able to choose the flooring and cabinets of my liking. I visited Home Outlet to choose my cabinet design, I began working with Mike, but ended up doing my design with Juan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing what I wanted for this new chapter.Thank you so very much to Juan for helping me fulfill my dream and vision of my new kitchen. The road was a little bumpy, with getting a damaged cabinet, which caused another delay, not having all of my cabinets caused another delay.However, after consistent and persistent communication, I was able to work it all out with the manager Adam. The results below was all worth the trouble.The top pictures are from when I first purchased my home in 2019, and the bottom pictures are my newly renovated, and rebuilt design. I’m a true testament to God’s Grace and now I have a new home look, thanks to this amazing company.In life sometimes you have to change, transform, and rebuild your chapter and journey, in order for God to use others to bless you. For me to persevere means Endurance is Victory.Thank you Home Outlet for blessing Me.
