Called to get help removing spark plugs and heard the employee mocking me... Plugs are factory set and not budging and the dude made a whiney mocking voice explaining my situation to his coworker. I hung up and will never go there. Will encourage everyone I know to never go there.

Asked for 10K mileage full synthetic 5 quart oil change and got charged $155. Advertised price inside office was $115. Online price of same full synthetic high mileage, 5 quart oil is $40 on Amazon. Buyer beware!
