I took my 2013 Prius here for a brake problem outside of extended warranty. They replaced the ABS pump for less than the dealership. Brakes now work like they should and they got it done in a couple days. I'm glad to find a trustworthy mechanic to take my old cars to.

We were looking for quality car care and we stumbled upon auto shop of the Carolinas. So glad we did. Rozel and the guys do a great job. They are honest and upfront with fair pricing. Always great customer service and communication is great. If you're looking for a great mechanic for your hybrid I would suggest giving these guys a shot, they're awesome!!!

Car battery had died and turned out I also needed a new connector. They were able to take me first thing the next morning. Very professional and felt it was beyond fair price considering the work needed as I had already purchased the new battery. Will definitely return as other issues with my car arise.

Auto Shop of the Carolinas has saved me sooo much money on my car repairs without compromising on quality. They are my go-to spot for any repairs I need for my Prius. When my car wasn't covered for a power brake issue (dashboard randomly lit up and regenerative brakes stopped working), they were able to fix it up for half the price Toyota quoted me for. It was such a relief because I was certainly not ready to pay thousands for this repair, and they were so reassuring. They took my car in as soon as I could drop it off, and it only took a couple days despite it being a holiday week. I've returned to them one more time since then for a separate repair and received the same great customer service along with a great repair. They remembered me the second time I came in despite it being several months after. After each repair, Rozel reached out to me to ensure my car was running well. It's also reassuring to know that the repairs are covered for a certain amount of time/number of miles. Hopefully I won't need anymore repairs, but I know if I do, this is definitely where I'll continue going.

I am now a regular customer of the auto shop of the Carolinas. I own ProForce Pest Control and every time one of our work vehicles or my personal vehicles need something I go here. Rozel is more helpful than you could imagine. Heck the whole staff is amazing.
